You just know he would get a 3 year lucrative deal and we'll be paying it off within 12 months.

More like 6 months

A quote of his at Southampton stuck with me:

‘I would carry on playing this way even if we lost every game’

That should be a red flag to anyone thinking about hiring him. Refusing to adapt, or even think about changing approach to suit the players you’ve got is just bad management.

Pissing around at the back is dying a death higher up the chain in any case.

I rather keep Rowatt and Ayew then have this clown as manager

Hate the appointment.

But pains me to say it that i would rather have Martin.

But its like saying i would rather have Syphilis than genital warts.

Martin O'Neill was being shouted at by fans six games in.

The VegLord will have hecklers six seconds into his first pre-match interview.

I don't foresee a lot of patience from the fanbase.

Martin O'Neil had been successful where he'd been previously, so, yes we were impatient. (and I was part of that: in the Kop that Sheffield Utd game).

This guy is a fraud, and that Championship season, Enzo exposed him completely.

The fact the next 2 seasons have seen him sacked and barely registering a win, and him refusing to even admit he has a problem have simply proved our view of him.

If ever there was a time for our fanbase to be impatient, its now. We need to do a Rangers who got him out quickly enough to recover from his mess of 3rd bottom to still finishing in the top 3.
