Wellbeck got 2 years, he's 35, henderson got 2 years, he's 36, butland got 2+1, Morita got 2+1, targett got 2+1, darlow got 2+1, long got 2 years at southampton, Larin got 2+1, ince got 2 years from tranmere

Not really is it, his age plays a part in a 3 year deal not being a huge positive

If it’s 3yr on his reported £20k pw it’s a car crash no matter how good he is. If it’s say £10k a week with a healthier signing on fee or weighted to performances it’s all good. Reckon he’ll be very good for us both on and off the pitch.

No idea. But giving someone a 3 year contract whos had an ACL and will be nearly 35 when his contract is up with no resale value is madness.
