Bristric or BDCR - who would you rather have upfront? Granted it's like choosing between Susan Boyle and being celibate but still.

BDCR 200%

Give the lad time. Not saying he's as godd as vards but he took a season

Very true .... but we cannot keep comparing new strikers to Vardy ... who was a one off .... I'm not sure about Brisket .... but it begs the question who scouted him and for how long ....

They should be  sacked unless he becomes a cracker in a crunch match.

Hes been struggling for service though feeding of crumbs.

Talking of biscuits, has anyone had those chocolate coated custard creams from M&S? Out of this world.

Wait a second. So not bourbons, but regular custard creams coated in chocolate?!

Not having an out and out striker on the bench is ridiculous, especially when Reid hasn't scored yet this season in the league and Cullen and him are exactly the same type of player with Howell and Smallbone able to play some of their positions too.

I mean it's just a very, very obvious bullshit answer.

We've seen this thousands of times. Whatever the reason he's leaving Bristric out of the match-day squad it's just something he doesn't want to disclose in public.

Meaning it's a personal clash, a professional clash, he doesn't think the player is actually good enough, he's not settling in to the country, he's not settling into the squad, I mean it could be one of a hundred things Martin might not want to say for multiple reasons. Not all of those reasons make Martin the bad guy, by the way.

But claiming it's for versatility or claiming it's because we need both Cullen and Reid on the bench, I'm sorry, narh. It just isn't that.

Being shit in multiple positions isn’t really versatility.

Martin’s treatment of the club signed players hasn’t been great tbh. Kangasniemi in particular should have been given more chances than he has

I mean it isn’t like his excuse is out of nowhere

He was saying it in pre-season before Bristric even joined that they were striker options and him actually using them as strikers this season as well suggests to me he genuinely believes it

I don’t think it is a bullshit excuse personally, just a really shite idea he believes is true

Just a reminder to those crack pots who think a couple of wins means Martin is the man.

He still thinks BDCR is a striker.

Plenty on here griping on about how this was just out of necessity and he wouldn't be playing him up front once we signed a striker.

He signed his own striker and still thinks BDCR a better option. The bloke is a ****ing weapon. Total dimwit.

I thought Bristic looked positive when he played as well, had all the right off the ball movement just not the end product.

BDCR has wasted so many chances this year its crazy he should be no where near the squad. Cullen has shown that as a minimum he is a good finisher especially if we can play him as a 10.

Agreed, I thought his movement off the ball has been good. There’s still plenty to work on granted, but there were some encouraging signs.

Perhaps we’ve just become accustomed to seeing the likes of Ayew leading the line.

I suppose if the likes of Bristric and Kangasniemi do eventually get a run in the team - and they’re sh1te - it will go some way to vindicating RMs decision making.

But as the bar for those players to pass is currently BDCR and O’Hora respectively that would also suggest that further investment in January is something of a necessity

Yeh really good, try it. Recently become an M&S convert after years of laughing at as administrators wearing their deathly unfashionable off the rack clothing. Their food is good too.

On Bristic, Brussel needs to front up. 6 goals in the last two games backs him up, but today he said Cullen and BDCR are striker options….

Get the **** out of here, they sound the business.

He was also asked about striker Admir Bristric, who hasn't featured in recent matchday squads. 🗣️ "We have [De Cordova-Reid] and [Cullen] who can both play there and are a bit more versatile. But he trains like a beast, he’s a great guy."

that feeling when you're lying to someone and you know they know you're lying but you dont give a shit

Clothing has been way better the last few years (then they got a senior designer from one of the high end brands), though quality is hit and miss.

The problem is neither Cullen or BDCR can lead the line. You can play them there but we tried it early season and both were ineffective.

Bristric needs time to get his fitness levels up to speed given his backround. As well as the new country etc.

He does need to be given Cameoes though to help him grow into the setup and team.

Bought some in Aldi the other day. Thought it was odd that Bourbons coated in chocolate was a real winner (Penguin biscuits) so why hadn't they tried the same with custard creams and then there they were.

Bought two pairs of shoes from them recently. Way better  than the brands and good quality. I’ll admit I was wrong about M&S
