The dullards in the media (usually Chris Sutton) knocking our and Southampton fans for supposedly wild celebrations after drawing this weekend.

It is called humour. We are taking the piss out of ourselves about how bad we've been. It isn't serious. "Get the open top bus out"- oh do one.

At least we don't hide when we are shit unlike the "lifelong" Red....

These pundits need to say things to remain relevant and stay in a job. I mentioned it in another thread but the trouble is when people who don’t follow football mindlessly take on a pundits opinion. Like the hoards of happy clappers repeatedly saying ‘PL football is boring and robotic’

Yesterday’s two sky games were anything but, as one example

Fecking smart meter.

Since retiring, I've kept an eye on fuel usage costs.

Just checked our readings on the display and by one metric, it states we have used £19 worth of electricity so far this month. That is about right.

However, it is also showing we have used about 20 times the amount of KWh (meter reading) over that same period. This would equate to over £300 ffs.

Been on the phone to British Gas to try and resolve.

Not holding my breath.....

Americans in France. It’s bad enough that France is a bland, joyless, soulless place anyway but to have Americans being themselves everywhere gives this country another negative which I didn’t think possible

The amount of people that still cannot spell Lineker correctly.

He has been famous for over 40 years, how can there still be Linekar appearing regularly?

The amount of people who regurgitate bullshit football rumours they've seen online/heard down the pub but always have to preface them with "I've heard" or "I've been told" to make it sound like they've got some kind of exclusive scoop from their anonymous insider source

The estate agent I bought my house from was useless. Don’t even tell the seller about our second offer. They phoned up like, “sooo, errr do you want to put another offer in?”

”We have, on X date”

”oh right, erm yep, we’ll talk to the vendor”

We had it like 10 minutes later, probably worked in our favour as nobody else had put an offer in and it was £11,000 under asking but we could have lost it entirely because of their incompetence.

We defo all have anecdotes of the lack of competence of recruiters and estate agents, but it's the lack value they add which is grating.

Recruiters almost always mismatch candidates because they don't understand the technicalities of the job, when they place someone they charge £10k's.

Estate agents create loads of buzz around properties with higher margins with viewings from non-serious people, and neglect other properties on their books. Literally competing with themselves.

Both sets of people genuinely believe they 'earn' their money through their skills. There is no skill or acumen, proven by the fact any old sod could be an estate agent or recruiter.

Obvs now totally redundant with tech advances. 'Here are my skills, match me with an open job.' And 'Here is what I desire in a property, match me with open properties.' is the future.

Knobheads who honk their horn to alert their mate they've arrived at the house and/or when they're leaving said house.

Only states it half way down.

I want it emphasised in the headline.

"Pakistani  grooming gang guilty "

Let's get some emphasis on this community and the disproportionately high ratio of these issues they have amongst their men.

To be fair I think everyone knows it's Pakistani men mostly involved in this
