went to see Tom Meighan in Exeter last night …. Superb concert …. The support bands Big Lava and The Mercians were extremely good and Toms band were quite sensational… all for £27 …bargain

Yes mate

Looking forward to that one myself. First time seeing Noel somehow, about the third time seeing Tom solo. Zutons thrown in as well should be a decent one.

Saw The Inspiral Carpets in Leeds on Saturday.
Pretty good, got better as it went long. Unfortunately Tom Hingley hasn’t rejoined after their fall out, so Steve Holt was the vocalist.
Played all their hits, the whole back catalogue from memory.

Very much an over 50’s crowd !

Childhood dream coming true later this year as I’ve got tickets for blink-182 in copenhagen. 8 of us going so should be fun! Looking forward to hearing some dudes in their 50s make dick jokes and play badly

They sounded alright from what I've seen at Coachella, though there may have been a bit of 'pitch-correction' involved. lol

Yeah it sounds pretty iffy but I kind of like it that way with blink! Listened to their live album a lot in my teens so I’ve got a soft spot for Mark and Tom’s crappy banter. Happy to see they still do all that nonsense

Decided on impulse to go and see Shonen Knife, a Ramones-inspired all-girl Japanese punk band in Bedford at the end of the month.

Thanks. Didn’t know this was a thing. Ticket booked.

Not bad, check out everythingeverything if you haven’t before - saw them at Leeds fest about 6 years ago and was blown away with them live
