Very late on this one, but I’ve just had a clear out and found an old fiver and some old pound coins. Can you still change them at the bank?

Looks like a big dog to me ...    no bear in it.

I'm pretty sure it will turn out to be some kind of wolf/dog hybrid.

If I were to do a world cup sweepstake, would there be much interest. I don't want to bother if only 20 people enter.

I'm pretty sure you'd get at least 32 entrants.

I did the Grand National 1 earlier and I had to keep spamming the forum asking people to answer and I still didn't get a full complement.

There's more interest in the World Cup than than the National though. And less entrants needed.

I'll see what others say. If there's enough interest I'll do it next week.

Does anybody know.....

if a player fouls another player and the ref decides it’s a yellow card but allows play to continue due to the other team being in possession but knows he’s gonna book the player in the next break of play, if that same player makes another foul in the meantime that the ref deems another yellow card offence could he send the player off?

Yes. You could see Anthony Taylor pointing to Chester while play was continuing, telling him he would be booked at the next stoppage and that he is effectively already on a booking.

What's the best way to wash a suede jacket? Or more specifically what's the best way to freshen it up odour wise.

Hello friends. A complex series of events has occurred and I would like some advice.

a.) I order a £144 iPhone 5S from eBay.

b.) it comes, it works and I incur water damage on it within a day.

c.) i make do with a rubbish Samsung for a while.

d.) my mum gives me her second hand iPhone SE, which i am now using.

e.) a rogue second iPhone 5S turns up in the post. I remember an email saying there were problems with delivery around the time.

I am happy with the phone I have now, and would like to sell this phone. I can’t really go back to eBay and return a phone when I told them I broke it in the first place. Can I sell this one of my own accord? Am I breaking any laws? Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello friend :)

If I'm understanding you correctly, why do eBay need to know you broke the original phone in the first place?

The way I read that is you've been sent an extra phone by mistake. If it was me, I'd contact eBay and tell them so they can arrange to collect it.

But I'm too soft for my own good. I'm sure there's plenty on here who would tell you to say nothing and flog it.

Legally I'm not sure but it sounds to me like you're in possession of another phone that you haven't paid for. If you sell it and then they realise later and demand it back then you could be in the shit.
