If you finish Primeval and you're left wanting more, can recommend the movie Bone Tomahawk with kurt russel, but a warning, it's not for the feint hearted.

I did the same last week. 

 

I was going to bin it after episode 3, far too slow for my liking, but I'm glad I stayed with it because the last 4 episodes fairly raised the tension.

The 7/7 bombing doc on BBC is very good. Albeit very sad. Similar vibe to Once Upon a Time in N.Ireland/Iraq

Entertaining but there is a reason for the disclaimer before every episode. Peaky Blinders vibes, unsurprising as it's the same makers, but would've been better not to use actual names of real combatants and operations leaving it wide open to criticism of historical inaccuracies. Obviously not a documentary but could've been brilliant if they remained true to real events.

Yeah it's an interesting concept. Have enjoyed the first 2 episodes.

As several others have said on here Severance makes for fascinating viewing.  I recently binge watched the first series in a few days and now having to adjust to waiting a week for the next series episodes.  Don’t think I am spoiling it by saying what a fantastic character Milchick is!

It was a great series though, as so many are that are based on historical fact.
