Mate seasons 3/4/5 of Parks and Rec are up there with the best comedy of all time imqho.

Annoyingly one of those shows you can recommend to folk but the first season is, by a country mile, the worst of the lot - thankfully it's only half a dozen episodes if I remember right. Rashida is unbelievable.

Don't know if you'd have ever watched it but Silicon Valley might be up your street in all, different to P&R but equally brilliant.

Yeah season one was only six episodes and pretty slow, but S2 is already a big improvement.

I’ve never watched Silicon Valley, will give that a look, cheers mate

To be fair if I was on a quiz show being watched by millions I wouldn't want to let people know I knew who Craig David was either.

He's got to be smarter though, just say you are prepared to take the risk and seem volatile. His "process of elimination" I'm not cheating tactic sort of falls down when you are gambling half a million and keep changing your mind lol

It's said the programme was weighted in the favour of the defence which might make people think that.

Small mercies. Really has run its course

There hasn't been any pretence of it being a proper business show for about 6 years or so, but I still love it proper guilty pleasure TV.

I'm watching an old programme that's on Amazon now called "psych" a light hearted detective series. Good entertainment.

I watched that a few months back. Really enjoyed it and like you say light hearted.

Finally finished The English Game. If you can accept it’s not just about football but mainly about class, and can stand Julian Fellowes, it’s alright.

Better Call Saul has whetted my appetite so much that I'm seriously debating watching every episode of Breaking Bad again for the third time.

Part of me thinks it's just plain stupid to waste another 60 hours of my life on something I've already watched twice before, but the force is strong.

Phoenix Nights.

If anyone hasn't watched this after all these years give it a go, absolutely bloody brilliant, I must have watched them about 100 times. Peter Kay is fantastic.

Right up there as one of the best comedies ever for me and the outtakes from both series are even funnier than the show itself. Wish they'd bring it back.

Final two episodes of The Expanse to go now on series 4.  It's getting good in the final stages of this series but, taking the cinematography out of it, it's the weakest of the 4 series to date.  Not that it's bad by any stretch, but series 1-3 are just too damn good.  I need to pick up the books once I'm done.  Brilliant story telling.

I wanna moon walk son but life’s a shithouse.

I still quote Phoenix Nights on average about 10 times a day. It was and still is an absolutely genius bit of sit-com. Timeless. Max and Paddy was also ****ing brilliant.

Is there anywhere you can actually watch it? Used to have the DVDs back in the day but can't seem to find it in n any streaming service?

Would be the best thread there’s ever been, you know what’s great about PN too, I’ve never met anyone in my life who’s watched it and not found it funny/relatable in some sense
