Jugsi Posted 29 September 2012 Posted 29 September 2012 Sounds like we had a thousand at Boro today, i'm off to Huddersfield Tuesday so i'd expect less being midweek. Love away games though so hope for a decent following. Expecting a good game and hopefully another 3 points. Thoughts???
cc_star Posted 29 September 2012 Posted 29 September 2012 Tough game, much like today I'd be happy with a point
Grey Fox Posted 29 September 2012 Posted 29 September 2012 Why was Vaughan not in the Huddersfield squad today (according to the broken bbc). Was this true, was he injured? Hope he doesn't play on Tuesday. He looked very good against Blackpool. They will miss him if he is out?
lestajigs Posted 29 September 2012 Posted 29 September 2012 Hopefully another 3pts, we will take more Tuesday, maybe 1200-1500
Happy Fox Posted 29 September 2012 Posted 29 September 2012 A game we can win without a shadow of a doubt, lets hope we can do it a draw wouldn't be a bad result but we have the players and mentality to put a winning run together as confidence must be rising. I am going for a 2-0 away win.

Yeah injured out for 3 weeks I read on their forum and as Beckford can't play their frontline will probs be Novak & Lee. Here's a stat I also read on there.. Games without Vaughan = 1 point from 9 Games with Vaughan = 13 points from 15
Deucalion Posted 29 September 2012 Posted 29 September 2012 I went Huddersfield in the League One season and we won 3-2. It was a great away game and a great result, although to be fair, we don't usually do that well at Huddersfield. I'm actually expecting to lose this one. We have had a great result today and have won 3 on the trot. The last time we did this must've been Sven's good run? Hasn't happened often recently anyway. So I'm just waiting for the comedown. But...you never know...we might actually be onto something this season. Maybe after so many false dawns, the good times really are on the way back?
dannythefox Posted 29 September 2012 Posted 29 September 2012 Whatever we do we need to change tactics were not getting the best out of Marshall now because hes playing out wide and we should start with futcas and play for knock down we need to change it a little when away from home were to predictable!
jonthefox Posted 29 September 2012 Posted 29 September 2012 A game i think we can win, but a draw would be great.
Number 6 Posted 29 September 2012 Posted 29 September 2012 Think Huddersfield will have a go at us and it'll be a good test for our defence. We need to go out to take the game to them, play it like a home fixture and peg them back. They're a decent side but there's no reason we can't come away with 3 points.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 29 September 2012 Posted 29 September 2012 Stick with same team, but Moore in for RDL if he cant play due to the injury.
marty78 Posted 29 September 2012 Posted 29 September 2012 No Vaughan for them so I fancy us to make it four on the bounce and hopefully go top.
Leicesterpool Posted 29 September 2012 Posted 29 September 2012 I think 1-0 Leicester Marshall to score, top of the league here we come!
Babylon Posted 29 September 2012 Posted 29 September 2012 Whatever we do we need to change tactics were not getting the best out of Marshall now because hes playing out wide and we should start with futcas and play for knock down we need to change it a little when away from home were to predictable! Too predictable?
Guest ttfn Posted 29 September 2012 Posted 29 September 2012 Too predictable? Always finishes 2-1 innit
dannythefox Posted 30 September 2012 Posted 30 September 2012 Too predictable? Yes with our team selection and tatics we should play 5 in the midfield and one upfront and that will make us hard to beat.
Alex_LCFC Posted 30 September 2012 Posted 30 September 2012 could someone please let me know when the family game is please??
dmayne7 Posted 30 September 2012 Posted 30 September 2012 Yes with our team selection and tatics we should play 5 in the midfield and one upfront and that will make us hard to beat. Why would you change the whole team setup?! We've just won 3 league games in a row for the first time in about 2 years!
Grey Fox Posted 30 September 2012 Posted 30 September 2012 Yeah injured out for 3 weeks I read on their forum and as Beckford can't play their frontline will probs be Novak & Lee. Here's a stat I also read on there.. Games without Vaughan = 1 point from 9 Games with Vaughan = 13 points from 15 That's a bit of luck in our favour then. Just like Carayol getting injured and Woodgate going off was against borough. Vaughan looked great for them against Blackpool, so I'm not surprised by that stat. Lets hope we can keep it looking that bad for them without him after Tuesday as well.
kingfox Posted 30 September 2012 Posted 30 September 2012 In League 1 the Huddersfield games were pretty epic. But im gonna go 1-1 draw. Team being... Schmeichel Moore, St Ledger, Morgan, Konchesky Knockaert, King, Drinkwater, Dyer Nugent, Vardy Bench - Logan, Whitbread, James, Marshall, Schlupp, Futacs, Waghorn

LCFC FOX Posted 30 September 2012 Posted 30 September 2012 I would like to see King start for James. And Danns replace James on the bench.
foxesfan1989 Posted 30 September 2012 Posted 30 September 2012 We can beat these. But a point wouldn't be the end of the world. Bring back Danns to the squad (boring but come on Nige, hes done nothing wrong) and get King in for James.
