Contract talks with Dyer break down?

Doesn't hurt to have a good cry, not doing so in 11 years (?) suggests that you're either very boring or you have an unhealthy need to appear 'masculine'. Go and weep for a bit, it'll help.

Swear Dyer was getting a shed load of abuse (including some racism) from Forest fans last season? Surely not Lloydy ;(.

Soon as the cash is flashed all that seems to go out the window.

Remember Etoo and Carlos both saying they wouldn't turn up in Russia to play Champions league if they were racially abused again then months later an oligarch was at Anzhi offering them 250-300k a week and they were over there to play every week in the league.

Don't want Lloyd to go to Forest but if we can accept Wes from them I suppose we have to accept it the other way.

i don't care which what way wes moved or who accepted it i will not have my lloyd playing for forest. that is final.

Got a couple of kids hasn't he? If a decent three year deal is on the table then he'd be stupid not to go and guarantee himself income for the next three years, regardless of what club or league. He's got a family to support and he's at a stage whereby his career could end quite soon.

Been offered 3 year deal at a club, don't ask me which club.

Has got to be our B team

I must confess, I do tend to shed a few tears every time I read one of your posts..

It's always good to know when you've been beaten.

Wouldn't surprise me at all, club gunning for promotion with Pearce next year and prob won't even haveto move house!

What, Forest?  You must be joking.

For those who say Dyer will lose his pace so he shouldn't be kept - how can you possibly predict when his pace will start to diminish?  Surely, the sensible thing is to offer him a year's contract, year on year, until he becomes ineffective, at which point you don't renew it.

Some people say Lloyd is a legend at Leicester.

If he were to sign for Forest would he lose his "Legend" status and become a hate figure?

Not of the same level as Sol Campbell going from Spurs to Arsenal but would he get an ovation or the booing treatment?

I'd hope he wouldn't play against us, as we'd be in a higher division.

I'd hate to see him leave especially to Forest, but his commitment to the club has been superb and I'll always appreciate him for it. He isn't quite a legend in terms of Stilton, MON and co, but out of all the crap we've had the past decade, he certainly has achieved a legendary status in my heart. Just suck it up and sign the years contract Lloyd! I want to see you in the prem for the foxes!

If someone is offering him three years at 32 then I suppose he does have to take it.

It's a bizarre length of time to offer someone at that age whose game mainly depends on his pace.

Has anyone noticed Lloyds ability to pop up with a big goal when needed and rising to the occasion against the bigger teams we come up against I think he could be a great asset next season.

Also how many other city players join the list of scored against man city and Real Madrid! ;)

Must be a foreign club as British teams can't speak to him just yet.....
