Leicester have been rebuffed in an enquiry for Brighton striker Leonardo Ulloa.

The 27-year-old is valued at around £7m by Brighton but Leicester's offer is understood to have been well short of that mark at £3m.

Hopefully this is bullshit, he's not even worth £3 million.

**** that! £7mil is a joke! I think our £3mil bid - if true - was fair going on generous.

Thought all along that a premiership team would come in for him as he's a natural finisher and hit the ground running in the championship.

For those of you judging him on his performances since he's been linked more fool you.

Although I wouldn't bid any more than £4 mil

Hopefully he will put in a transfer request wouldn't pay more than £4m for him.

Think we could bring in a better striker than Ulloa, and hope we do.

We will have a list of 5/6 strikers so I really wouldn't imagine Pearson is likely to go any higher than £4 mil before moving into the next one on the list.

Funny though how people get excited by players from foreign leagues yet when we bid for someone with experience in England we turn our noses up

Very average. if we are signing players based on how they performed against us, how about the Wycombe player who caused us problems in the League cup this season?

What has him being foreign got to do with it? He's not a premiership standard player, whether he has experience in England or not. The fact he's played in England give people more chance to see him and judge his quality.

Don't even know what you're on about, Mahrez didn't exactly have major hype around him before he played.

Would be fantistic in my opinion. Hes great in the air which will come in handy in the prem. 62 goals in 140 league games for Almeria and Brighton. Hes hard working too.

I wouldn't pay 350'000 personally

Shocking if true that we bid 3 mill

????

You even seen him play? Hes quality.

Yes I have, thought he was ok but nowhere good enough to be considered in the 3 mill bracket
