kingcarr21 Posted 18 June 2014 Posted 18 June 2014 I cant wait for this, unlike the bloke next to me who's a west brom supporter. Talk about doom and gloom. there last 5 games are horrible. Relegation for them i think
eye666 Posted 18 June 2014 Posted 18 June 2014 I see we have the top 7 away througout Jan, Feb and March!!! Where we'll pick up those vital points against our rivals and cement our European place for next season.
One Legged Beaver Posted 18 June 2014 Posted 18 June 2014 Good to see that we'll be the team to wave QPR back to the championship.
sylofox Posted 18 June 2014 Posted 18 June 2014 Least we dont have a Norwich end to the season. The last 10 games we should be looking at picking some points up. Going into them games if we are doing ok we could be looking at a top half finish. And some big boys early on before they get on a roll.
Harry - LCFC Posted 18 June 2014 Posted 18 June 2014 I wish these fixtures were set in stone. Now we'll see them all moved from Saturday 3pm to Sunday and midweek Doesn't happen as often as you might think in the PL. We're used to it in the Championship but they tend to stay away from the bottom half when it comes to moving fixtures.
StanSP Posted 18 June 2014 Posted 18 June 2014 Arsenal home game will move as they have a champs league qualifier. If it's on a Tuesday it won't get moved surely?
WhispyWizard Posted 18 June 2014 Posted 18 June 2014 If we can get 2/4 points from our first three games I will be over the moon. If we get 2 points in the first 5 i'd be happy, what a shitty start. FAO whoever makes the fixture lists ...
davieG Posted 18 June 2014 Posted 18 June 2014 The end run will depend on how the owners, players and fans react if we have a horrible start. Let's hope the manager and the players at least wont be down hearted or demoralised if we do. Surviving in this League is as much about mental strength in the face of adversity and seemingly impossible odds as it is to do with football skills.
lgfualol Posted 18 June 2014 Posted 18 June 2014 Anything other than 0 points from the first three would be great. Maybe we can get a draw with Everton.
kingcarr21 Posted 18 June 2014 Posted 18 June 2014 i fancy us to beat Everton. First game at the Kingpower gonna be awesome
AKCJ Posted 18 June 2014 Posted 18 June 2014 I fancy us to beat Everton and draw @ Stoke. 4 points from the first 5 would set us up nicely.

Happy Fox Posted 18 June 2014 Posted 18 June 2014 We will beat Everton, lose at Chelsea, draw with Arsenal, beat Stoke, and lose at home to Manchester United. 7 points I reckon from our first 5 games.
Gary Eatfood Posted 18 June 2014 Posted 18 June 2014 Tough start but I couldn't have hoped for better fixtures. 10 years away and three big sides down at Leicester in the first 5 games, brilliant stuff. So excited now!!
StanSP Posted 18 June 2014 Posted 18 June 2014 When will Sky start moving the kick offs around? Some time today I reckon. Either all 3 or 2 of the first 3 games will be moved. EDIT: Maybe West Ham/Spurs and Newcastle/Man City (Because of being holders) will be moved too. Man City/Liverpool on the second weekend will be moved, as could Everton vs Arsenal. Third weekend, you're looking at Burnley vs Man Utd, Everton vs Chelsea & Tottenham vs Liverpool. Don't forget BT will be moving some games too!
MC Prussian Posted 18 June 2014 Posted 18 June 2014 I'm defo taking some toffees to the first game of the season #ITK No.1
Ric Flair Posted 18 June 2014 Posted 18 June 2014 It's those horrible Europa League games that move fixtures to Sunday 1.30pm kick-offs, they're no good to man nor beast.
CPW22 Posted 18 June 2014 Posted 18 June 2014 Tough start but as many have said we will have a chance to spring a result as other promoted teams have previously. Happy with the run in. If it did go the last game you would want to be at home which we are. I just can't wait. I hope the first game isn’t moved, a sunny Saturday afternoon at the KP for our return to the big time. When we do start the Everton at home thread?
fuchsntf Posted 18 June 2014 Posted 18 June 2014 Softly softly, I would suggest dont start point picking.Just enjoy the beginng of the season, let the first games be played, and Wait and see how they pan out, then after 4-8 games, we can better see where potential and form may take us. 1st game at home against a top 6 team, for me a great start, though I believe its not how we are going to start, but how we finish our end run in, which seems to be kind to us.
Sharpe's Fox Posted 18 June 2014 Posted 18 June 2014 Hopefully the owners haven't got itchy before those last eight fixtures, they will be key.
