teblin Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 No this is not a thread that is 3 years old. Leicester are keen on Trabzonspor centre-back Sol Bamba. http://www.sportinglife.com/football/transfer-centre/paper-talk (under daily mail)
teblin Posted 24 July 2014 Author Posted 24 July 2014 Would add the pace at the back everyone is talking about. Would also Add a few other things too
Fox92 Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 lol That's justified why we shouldn't post any "rumour" printed by the Daily Mail.
Nick Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 The following video captures how I feel about Mr. Bamba as a footballer quite well, especially in relation to the synth and seamless photo stream: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Aj7voUqKI5U
indierich06 Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 No thanks. The bloke is an absolute liability. We need an organised defence, not a bloke who tries to do stepovers in his own box or dribbles the length of the pitch before losing the ball and scrambling to get back to stop the inevitable counter attack. He was always... 'interesting' to watch. But it was never for the right reasons.
Tuna Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 The fact that These prats that report this bile don't even realize he used to play for us says it all really. Pathetic!
foxes_rule1978 Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 Oh no not bomb scare... I couldn't take another season of it
Lookatthebluesky Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 Cannot believe that Pearson would be interested in him whatsoever. The complete antisthesis of what I think Pearson expects from his defenders - consistency, responsibility and reliability. Bamba was a liability at times and untrustworthy as a defender - not what we need in the Prem. No good being 9/10 one week and then 4/10 the next - let's keep with Morgan and his team who offer 8/10 performances consistently (although I expect this figure to drop a little in the forthcoming season.)
Collymore Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 best player on the pitch v real madrid. A performance up there with lilian nalis v Barcelona ...
Soar Fox Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 Nigel Pearson still owes us fans an apology for selling him. According to Cliff Ginetta.
Dickov22 Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 The same Bamba whom Pearson got rid of due his greedy agent's constant wage increase demands? What a useless article
Master Fox Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 No this is not a thread that is 3 years old. http://www.sportinglife.com/football/transfer-centre/paper-talk (under daily mail)
Tielemans63 Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 I'm struggling to think of an even less feasible transfer. Messi to Mansfield Town maybe?
kingfox Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 This is the worst rumour of the summer, about threw up.
Wilson_6 Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 I love Sol Bamba! Bring him Back....Big Wez/Waz will never be able to do the things he could do in his own 18 yard box! ...........
Guest MattP Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 lol Nigel Pearson still owes us fans an apology for selling him.According to Cliff Ginetta. That article was brilliant, and Ginetta still wonders why the club didn't send any decent players to his awards do.
Guest MattP Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 I love Sol Bamba! Bring him Back....Big Wez/Waz will never be able to do the things he could do in his own 18 yard box! Yeah, give away goals.
AKCJ Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 Scores home goals as well. Do people still think putting the ball in your own net is called a 'home goal'? Christ.
Fox92 Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 Scores home goals as well. Never with his head, though.
