Reg Vardy Posted 30 April 2015 Share Posted 30 April 2015 Agree players getting into the first team is important but the key to success as a football club is to continually improve, and the club as a whole certainly is from top to bottom. A successful youth set up can only encourage better youngsters to view city favourably when they may have a choice. Things that have improved over last 3 years,Playing staff, performances, attendances, atmosphere, owners, website, ticketing, U 21's, keeping players, trust in our owners.....as fans we often only focus on 3.00pm Saturday, but we are doing an awful lot right besides on the pitch.......Forest,QPR, Newcastle, to name but three, would gladly swap......
