U21s / Development Squad 2014-15

Recommended Posts

Too far to say this seasons been a great marker of how our Academy is coming along? And much promise for the future?

FA Youth Cup semis, a European semi and challenging at the top end of the PL league

Surely the only way you judge an academy's success is how many players make the first team?

So time will tell on how well we are coming along.

Agree players getting into the first team is important but the key to success as a football club is to continually improve, and the club as a whole certainly is from top to bottom. A successful youth set up can only encourage better youngsters to view city favourably when they may have a choice.

Things that have improved over last 3 years,Playing staff, performances, attendances, atmosphere, owners, website, ticketing, U 21's, keeping players, trust in our owners.....as fans we often only focus on 3.00pm Saturday, but we are doing an awful lot right besides on the pitch.......Forest,QPR, Newcastle, to name but three, would gladly swap......
