Samilktray Posted 7 October 2014 Posted 7 October 2014 Yeah I'm only 23 and I have no desire to drink alcohol anymore.
Guest Posted 7 October 2014 Posted 7 October 2014 Actually enjoying mooching about a country park of a weekend with my girlfriend. To be fair there is a nice brewery there too
purpleronnie Posted 7 October 2014 Posted 7 October 2014 Blimey I had you down as mid-50s at least I think a lot of people did .
Night Air Posted 7 October 2014 Posted 7 October 2014 Sometimes I wake up and don't know who I am any more.
StanSP Posted 7 October 2014 Posted 7 October 2014 For me it is more of a transition from post-teenager period to pre-adult period (I am 24 btw) Having more theological discussions with people and I am slowly starting to dip in threads dominated by likes of Matt,Webbo,Babylon, Alf Bentley,Jon the Hat et al I'd say that's a sign of maturity as well as a sign of getting old(er).
Leicfox Posted 7 October 2014 Posted 7 October 2014 Just bagged myself an allotment after being on the waiting list for a while, I'd forgotten all about it if I'm honest, but get the keys this Saturday after picking my plot last weekend. I'm 37 and I've no clue about growing veg or gardening in general but looking forward to learning and having somewhere just to chill and a place to get some peace and quiet in my own company.
davieG Posted 7 October 2014 Posted 7 October 2014 I use to find gardening ok but hate it now just hard work, like looking at it though

Raj Posted 7 October 2014 Posted 7 October 2014 Going home after football and looking forward to listening to the radio whilst nodding off!!! P.s Anyone who's over 30 and still listens to radio1 needs to have a word!
ScouseFox Posted 7 October 2014 Posted 7 October 2014 anyone who doesn't listen to smooth fm needs to have a word
Alf Bentley Posted 7 October 2014 Posted 7 October 2014 I use to find gardening ok but hate it now just hard work, like looking at it though Here we see DavieG looking at some gardening.... Wheeeey, I'm young you old bastards ....and an old-timer (possibly Webbo) looking askance at Wookie's youthful vigour.....
EnderbyFox Posted 7 October 2014 Posted 7 October 2014 anyone who doesn't listen to smooth fm needs to have a word Can't beat a bit of Kate Garraway in the morning.
ADK Posted 7 October 2014 Posted 7 October 2014 Found Oak FM is the best although they have an Asian show on Friday nights which seems a bit of a weird time.
hesapeepingtom Posted 7 October 2014 Posted 7 October 2014 i know this will have already been mentioned but, anal seepage!
MC Prussian Posted 8 October 2014 Posted 8 October 2014 Forgetting small things at home more often than before (doesn't happen all the time, but still more often compared to my years as a teenager) Getting grey hair Joints ache more (elbow in my case) A cracking noise coming from my knees (usually when I get up; similar to what Alf has mentioned before) Not being keen on getting hammered on weekends anymore Criticising today's youth for their choice of clothing and taste in music Getting fed up with radio and the streamlining ways of most stations Once the generation of your grandparents start fading away, you realize death has come a step closer Having to pay (a lot more) bills by yourself Focusing more on your family (because they are the closest thing you have on this planet) Getting rid of all the unnecessary "stuff" at home, sorting out the closet so to speak Becoming a bit more docile with age
Charl91 Posted 8 October 2014 Posted 8 October 2014 Having to wake up early in the morning, put on a shirt and tie and go to work. Eugh.
Strokes Posted 8 October 2014 Posted 8 October 2014 Falling asleep in front of the tv prioritizing work over social life saving money Watching my kids play
Bellend Sebastian Posted 8 October 2014 Posted 8 October 2014 Needing a piss twice during the night. Spending money on fences, boilers and driveways. Buying a large family hatchback
broughtonblue Posted 8 October 2014 Posted 8 October 2014 Thinking that Mildred out of George and Mildred wasn't bad looking at all. Infact a good thing about ageing is the age range of women you look at increases!
Jon the Hat Posted 8 October 2014 Posted 8 October 2014 Finding Radio 1 annoying not for the music - I like all sorts of music - but for the inane shite the "DJs" witter over the top. Also finding it annoying that my Mum thinks Radio 2 should cater for her even though she is in her 60s. Where is my BBC radio station?? (apart from 5 obviously).
jonthefox Posted 8 October 2014 Posted 8 October 2014 Another one that came to me this morning. Realising when looking at page 3 , your old enough to be their dad.
