Cars that are parked with the driver and/or passengers still inside chatting, whilst their headlights are still blaring away.

I was walking by a local road over the weekend and for it's entire length, it was like trying to stare head on into a searchlight.

Didn't help that it had those super bright LED lights either.

These LED car lights are 'kin horrendous.

And higher up SUV/4x4s are even worse, as lights are closer to eye level.

Why is it that those people with front facing cameras below their rear view mirror are always poor drivers?

Following one always leads to some sort of annoyance on the road until they disappear off into a side street.

lol The amount of times I say this. Following one and I will say "it's always the people with camera's".

If I see one coming towards me, invariably, I'll turn on every halogen going just to give them equal measure.

lol

There's been a government consultation about them and 99% of respondents said they were a problem. Moving on to another phase of reviewing their use I believe so something should change at some point but it's a slow process.

Yep, I read something similar, and hope it's true.

Trouble is .... even if they changed all new cars, I can't see them retrofitting changes back to all existing cars with (over bright) LED lights.   Which would still leave a couple of million horrible car lights out there!

3 killed on the A46 yesterday north of Leicester, it was shut southbound for 18 hours.

One was a friend of a friend.

All 4 were in the car were mothers of young children. Awful story that's barely made the news.

The A46 is such a dangerous road with regular fatalities on it.  It could do with better lighting and more speed cameras in my opinion.  I use the road a lot and some people drive like proper idiots on there.

I can’t believe that junction by seagrave turn is legal. It’s asking for trouble. Didn’t that car chase that killed young people happen on a46 about 2/3 years ago as well.

Drove past the scene a few times last week and had to be diverted there was a lot of forensics/big vehicles all involved clearly trying to find out the cause.. it was very foggy that evening. Any news on wether it was dangerous driving or freak accident I wonder

I use it fairly often and it seems drivers treat it like a motorway without recognising there are minor junctions and right/left turns along the length of it.

It's a nasty road and needs things like static speed cameras as well as high profile warning signs ahead of junctions.

People who don't adjust their driving in the rain. See so many more accidents when it rains and at the other end, people just crawling along. So people who adjust it too much, also lol.

Driving to a nearby village last night in driving rain down a windy road not good for overtaking even in decent weather.  The local council recently introduced small food recycling bins which are left at the edge of each property.  the high winds yesterday had blown some empties into the road, I encountered a couple of them.  So I was concentrating hard and only doing around 30mph when this bozo in a 4x4 parks himself on my bumper and gives me the main beam treatment.  I wouldn't change my driving and he wouldn't overtake so that lasted for a couple of miles before we went our separate ways at a junction.  I was left wishing that I'd had a crowbar so that I could of adjusted his lights for him.

On my drive to/from work there are a few miles with single lane (most is dual carriageway or motorway). I generally go a mile or two over the speed limit, so I’m not blocking traffic behind me. However if I get a narky driver up close behind, I make sure to switch to a couple of miles below the speed limit. Returns the favour…

Cyber-zombies crossing the road. You can beep them, they don't even acknowledge you. Should be legal to drive into them at 5 mph.

Yeah, it's probably not the time to mention it, but knowing how many footballers drive fast cars like absolute morons (we've got a boy racer of our own in Hamza) it feels like a matter of time before a member of our squad is involved in a serious accident there.

And then we go and sign Antonio...

Cars that don't indicate on mini roundabouts and then get pissed off when they cut you up.

Had someone recently take the 3rd exit on a small 4 exit roundabout and not bother using a single indicator
