Vossen Posted 28 November 2014 Posted 28 November 2014 In his first four seasons he has had a great record with us; League 1 champions, 2 Playoffs and finally in his fourth season he guided us back to the ‘promised land’. I do believe he is the man to take us forward – like the players he’s rather new to the Prem and needs time to adjust to the style of the league.

If we go down then so be it, I'd be confident he'd have us straight back up and even more confident that he'd have learned from his mistakes in his first ever season as a Premier League manager. As would the whole club hierarchy.

We have plenty of time, Rome wasn't built in a day, and even if we get relegated this season we will be in a great position to come back up, better and stronger, this season is not the end of the world. It is a greater risk to this club to be chopping and changing throwing huge amounts of money looking for a quick fix.

It keeps getting repeated that we're in danger of losing all hope if things don't radically change soon. This just isn't correct. A steady improvement would be enough for us to step away from danger.

Win 2 or 3 on the trot and its looking rosy, lose 2 or 3 on the trot and its doom and gloom. Fact is Nig is the man best placed to get the best out of our current squad. Last week stopped the rot, now time to go and get 3 points at QPR. Nig has been playing with his formation and selection to try and get what he needs in this league once the euphoria of being there up against the big teams had gone. Once things get going again, we will be fine i reckon!

It's not only about points, its how we are playing. Ie we don't look like scoring goals. If this continues much longer we will be in a dogfight by Christmas. The next two games we need to pick up at least three points IMO and look like a side who can win games.

The next two games we need to pick up at least three points IMO and look like a side who can win games. I thought we did look like scoring against Sunderland. We created plenty, more in that game than we did in about the last 6

He has predominantly created a young a hungry group of players that have something to prove. I'm all for sticking with Pearson even if we go down, unrealistic though in this day and age
