HesNotGudjonsonn2 Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 I thought with all this talk it would be interesting in what the support swing currently is between yay and nay.
Kitchandro Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 I can't think of a good reason for him to stay. We won't stay up either way, if I'm leaning towards go it's because I'm pissed off at him for failing miserably. There's no excuse for being below Burnley, or even QPR. For that he hasn't really got a leg to stand on. I don't really care tbh, our season is in tatters.
LCFCFOX6190 Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 Im waiting for the villa result, stay for now
Harry - LCFC Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 Ooh, nearly said yes when I thought the question was saying "Should we keep Pearson as our manager" or something along those lines, as is the usual way of asking these questions. Curveball. Trouble is this poll will get an overly negative reaction as people are returning from a disappointing evening in a bad mood. Always happens to me when we lose.
MC Prussian Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 Another poll, only a few days after a very similar one was started? Stay, of course.
Nalis Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 We are still only 2pts off 17th. In my opinion we don't need to do anything spectacular. If we could stick to the basics we'll be fine. Only unavoidable goal conceded this season I can think of was Di Maria's.
5waller5 Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 I've changed my view from the last poll ..... From he should go .... to he should stay!!!
Guest Basildon Fox Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 Don't know. Only 7 months ago he was hailed as the messiah. Now the anti-Christ. He is definitely the reason we are in the Prem in the first place but also the reason why we are where we are with poor summer signings. Ryan Bertrand went on loan with a view to a permanent deal to Southampton when they were dubbed the club in crisis. He would have been an ideal signing at left back and was one of the places we needed to strengthen. It is also why we play Schlupp at LM because we need someone to help out Konchesky defensively as he is not good enough for the Prem anymore. Schlupp is not and never will be good enough for the Prem so we lose out on any real threat on the left hand side. I think also that we as fans were expecting too much of players like Drinkwater and Vardy, both of whom had great seasons last season but have for the most part been found wanting at the higher level. NP has given too much respect to the players that got us to where we are in the first place. Loyalty may well ultimately his downfall which is sad. My heart says give him the January window to turn it around. My head is not so sure that he will be able to do it and worry we will be linked with bids like £8m for that carthorse from Ipswich again. If he does go I can see the team as it is now being ripped apart by whoever comes in and the instability that causes may be enough to see us down anyway. We still have some good players at the club and we are a great championship side. Therein lies the problem though...
LCFCSOULBOY Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 I cannot even stand to hear him even talk anymore. Such an arrogant tw.t. In my opinion. Talks a good game but is not producing. He is the manager and with him is were the responsibilty lies. If it turns out that there was only a small amount of funds available during last summer and he had to work with what he had. Then he should have quit then. Like alot of other managers to show their grief with the board. owners etc.
lgfualol Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 No. Aston Villa might be the turning point for me.

If anything, they're the two players from last season we needed to keep. Nugent, Schlupp, Hammond, Konchesky and De Laet always had huge question marks against them. It's those players we have show way too much faith in. And yet Knockaert has barely got a look in. Why have those 5 been given chance after chance yet he's barely started a match?
foxinsocks Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 stay or go? - depends who we can get... pulis no...hoddle yes
john ridley Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 We maybe 2 points off 17th , but soon it'll be 3,4,5 points off , I'm afraid it isn't going to get any better, don't want to see a manager lose his job ,especially after all his good work .But it's about results and we're not getting any .Don't think anybody else will get any better out of the players their simply not good enough at this level , wouldn't fancy being the owners, either way is going to cost us .
Steve_Guppy_Left_Foot Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 Has Ian Stringer made this thread? Is HesNotGudjonsonn2 Ian Stringer? Headline 'Should he stay or should he go?' ' with a little 'should he leave?' above the poll, purposefully misleading? Seems it to me.
fuchsntf Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 He has to stay, its obvious....We definitely dont have a future manager among our fans. Only a lot of wannabees, who know all the answers.
Guest MattP Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 Stay. Unless West Stand man who swears is available, he has the pashun we need.
Cat Burger Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 He should stay, he needs to learn from his mistakes and recruit in January and then the following summer when we are rebuilding. We give players second chances and this manager needs one. That said, areas need to improve or he will lose his job. For example defending crosses and set pieces, taking chances ourselves from set pieces or at least testing the keeper...These areas are currently completely inadequate.
