ScouseFox Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 were playing 5 at the back and theyre playing nobody up front :knockynice:
Trav Le Bleu Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 This is either genius or the work of a madman.
kingfox Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 Drops our best defender this season, sticks with Simpson, calls upon Upson & sticks Kramaric up front on his own. First impressions are, what an absolute arsehole.
queensguardfox Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 Could pearson ever please everyone? 2 experienced defenders at the back... looks alot more solid.
Guest Bilo Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 5-4-1 or 5-3-2? Makes sense considering the amount of attacking we'll be under, but Wes shouldn't be as bombproof as he seems to be. This is especially true when Wasyl has been so consistent.
Mark Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 How are we going to get out of our own half tonight.
Unabomber Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 Coquelin Rosicky Ozil Walcott Sanchez Cazorla James Cambiasso Goodnight sweet price
Stevosevic Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 play Kramaric upfront on his own away at Arsenal but not in a two at home to Palace. You've not helped yourself Pearson.
Hirsty The Blue 94 Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 We will score 4 goals from set pieces tonight.
Harry - LCFC Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 It's radical but it's panicky for me. Not sure it's the best choice.
reynard Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 How are we going to get out of our own half tonight. We might at the kick off.
NewquayFox Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 Solid enough, don't think the full backs will be playing as out and out wing backs tonight, just hope Schlupp has sorted himself out after Saturdays strange performance, Kramaric to score in a smash & grap park the bus 1.0 win..... Up the City......
J.Lisemore Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 Southampton away all over again. Damage limitation it is. If this somehow comes off, then I'll be amazed.
oohaahmustafa Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 Drops our best defender this season, sticks with Simpson, calls upon Upson & sticks Kramaric up front on his own. First impressions are, what an absolute arsehole. **** me. We've gone defecensive against a very good attacking team away from home. Maybe was has a knock? People cried last week when Kramaric wasn't in. He's in. Come on City!!!!
ousefox Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 Tbf I would have gone exactly the same except for Wasyl. Pace of Schlupp and Mahrez should be enough going forward when we get the chance.
EnderbyFox Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 Pearson has got you all fooled, he's really sticking Big Man Huthy upfront with Kramaric
Steve_Guppy_Left_Foot Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 Very odd team. Dropping Was but keeping Wes? Just no.
NotTheMarketLeader Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 He's taking the piss now. Our best defender dropped.? Upson not played for a year, and starts. I have no objection to Huth, but how on earth is Calamity Morgan playing at the expense of Was? He must want to be sacked.
adam Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 Surely it should of been 3-5-2 but instead of marhez and schlupp you would play Hammond and drinkwater or something. Were not gonna get a kick tonight. 20% possession at best.
Captain... Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 Coquelin Rosicky Ozil Walcott Sanchez Cazorla James Cambiasso Goodnight sweet price Long ball tactics, utilising the height of Krama, Mahrez and Schlupp...
Mark Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 With a 5 man defence surely we need pacey full backs (RDL/Schlupp) to at least give us a chance of progressing up the pitch and coping with their pace, not Simpson and Konch.
The Doctor Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 5-4-1 vs 4-6-0. Well this is going to be a great match...
Trav Le Bleu Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 can't believe RDL isn't playing in the formation. If we are going with 3 centre backs, then surely RDL and Schlupp as wing backs, James and Cambiasso sitting, Krama, Mahrez and one of Ulloa, Nugent, Vardy up front. Agreed. With the extra protection of 3 CBs, then playing our two attacking FBs would seem to make sense. Their defensive frailties wouldn't matter so much and both are very good going forward.
