Guest Bilo Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 2-2 draw, could so easily have been all three points. Main lesson: WE'RE A LOT BETTER IF WE ACTUALLY FECKING ATTACK!
AKCJ Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 Tactically spot on today. We played very well and should have won that. So gutted. Feels like a loss. Watch them wank over Lukaku now.
theessexfox Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 Fair result I think, they could've won it with the chances they had, agonisingly close but better. Two points lost, defending was comical ??
Monsell1976 Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 Everton tried to gift us 3 points, with shocking goalkeeping, but we still couldn't defend when we needed to. Everton played poor today, we played ok, draw probably fair
BlueSi13 Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 Great performance, decent result. Once again though it's a case of missed opportunities. Plenty still to play for in the remaining fixtures. It's not over until it's over.
Fox92 Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 Tactically spot on today. We played very well and should have won that. So gutted. Feels like a loss. Watch them wank over Lukaku now. You mean when we brought two strikers on. That's when we looked good, when we attacked.
whoareyaaa Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 feel robbed, should have had all 3 points story of the ****ing season really.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 Would previously have taken a draw but at the end was two points dropped. Cambiasso was class
Guest Bilo Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 I'll say it in this thread too. Anybody who wouldn't have taken a draw at 2pm is barmy.
Kitchandro Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 2-2 draw, could so easily have been all three points. Main lesson: WE'RE A LOT BETTER IF WE ACTUALLY FECKING ATTACK! And yet, once 2-1 up, we decide to sit back and try to defend the lead. This is why Pearson looks so stupid, we do something that works, so he decides to change it to something that doesn't.
ronnup Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 Heart breaking but we bettered them away and we can build on that.
Fox in the North Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 Considering the opinions at the start of the match thread, a point at Goodison is a bloody good result. As long as we keep taking points and keep close to the others, we'll still have a chance. Come on Leicester!
Guest ttfn Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 We were the better side. Unfortunately we just don't get the breaks.
BlueSi13 Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 You mean when we brought two strikers on. That's when we looked good, when we attacked. We should have been way ahead before we brought them on dude.
Arriba Los Zorros Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 Lets not be all doom and gloom both systems worked well for us, don't think NP could do much more right now. I'm still 50-50 on us staying up. Played lads, hope that will give our morale a boost rather than vice versa
Corky Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 Feels like a defeat, point really isn't what we need. Vardy played well which is encouraging, but doesn't do a lot for us in all honesty.
Guest Bilo Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 A more attacking line-up to start with against Hull please.
Babylon Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 Sickening... Probably a fair result, but we just have too many poor players in that back 5.
Richard Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 A point was probably a fair result, Lukaku had a hatful of chances but just couldn't finish. A point away at Everton is decent and NP got things spot on today
