Spurs are a good side, they will win games. As long as we win ours the gap doesn't change negatively. We are holding our nerve at the moment.

they singing

"Leicester City were coming for you"

2 things...

#Spurs have the obligation, they should be playing the better football.Their squad cost.

# look at the table..5pts.

# Go to Liverpool, force a win ,good luck. SPURS still have to get it.

# We draw 2 , Spurs still need to win 2

# We match any Spurs result , it stays still 5 points.

If that has genuinely happened they need to be relegated with immediate effect. Talk about tinpot mentality.

Disagree completely. At games there needs to be a good banter between fans, that's what makes the atmosphere. For a team 3-0 down to do that is brilliant imo and my respect for bmouth has gone up!

true but we probs had the easiest game of the weekend on paper so to all come away with the same three points isn't as good as it could've been. however if we keep getting our three points then unless the fa make a rule that spurs get five points for a win it doesn't really matter.

there was no way we were going to finish fourth/behind city anyway, whether they'd lost today or won 47-0.

That's nonsense.

We were about 2.4 on Betfair to win at Palace (42% chance of winning)

Spurs were about 1.51 to win today (66% chance)

We've had the best weekend by a distance although it was annoying to see Spurs win so easily. Bournemouth never even let us get our hopes up but it would be far more frustrating for Spurs fans to see us get another 1-0 win away from home and especially as Palace hit the bar in injury time.  lol

Away though with Palace a much more physical side than the Cherries.

Palace havent won a league game this year. Bournemouth are the 3rd best team in the league this year.

If you were Pelligrini, would you, on a personal level want to qualify for CL?

Not sure I would, unprofessional as it sounds.

Of course he will. If he doesn't, he'll find it hard to get a top job having failed so badly with such a squad.

we were 5000/1 to win the league too so that ain't happening etc etc. bookies odds factor in us and spurs not just our opponents.

palace are the worst form team in the world for the past three months pretty sure. they've even got a worse home record this season than Aston villa. they are horrific. bournemouth have a very solid away record and are above palace in the league. pretty sure they're third in the calendar league table or something mad. they're a good deal better than palace.

Try removing me from the Bridge, and I'll smash the boat into a cliff and steal the remaining lifeboat and laugh as it sinks.

Spurs and Kane are worthy competition. They have a pretty impressive side and manager, even if many of their fans are tossers.

Man U winning today is good news, LVG should survive a bit longer.

Its a 3 horse race now with us having a length and a half lead. If ever we have a team with their heads screwed on right it is this one. Ditto Wes as Captain and Claudio as Manager.

It should be a very interesting end to the season.

We're coming for Citeh, at least I hope we'll manage this...

Reckon at this point your only job is to keep clear of Spuds. Can't see anyone else being a real threat.

Don`t agree with that at all.  Palace away is never an easy game, and while they have been on a bad run recently, they have their best players back now.

Tottenham have actually ran into Bournemouth at a good time, they have just sealed their place in the premier for next season, and have probably relaxed and not played with the same intensity as they would have done a few weeks back, when they were desperate for points.

In fact, Tottenham have probably struck lucky with when they play Liverpool too, as they play them the saturday before their Europa league game, and with Liverpools defeat today, pretty much ruling out any outside chance of them making the Champions League via the league, Klopp may well rest players against Tottenham thinking that their priority lies with the Europa league game against his former club!

I know what the table says, and that the table don`t lie and all that, but before the games this weekend, i would much rather have been playing a nothing to play for Bournemouth at home, who have just got themselves safe, and can start thinking about their holidays, than a Palace team with some very dangerous players on their day, who still need at least another win to be safe.

Can't believe there's a two week break now.

No Easter Bank Holiday football, that's bullshit!

Fuck You England/International games!

palace are worse based on the table, based on the form table and based on basically everything. we had the easier game on paper.

in fact we've beaten palace home and away this season and not beaten bournemouth in either game.

not really sure what your argument is here. Bournemouth are a lot better than palace at the moment.

April can be the month it all falls into place.

If we get 10 points from our 4 games, spurs get 6... We should only need a single point from 3 games.

In April we have Southampton, Sunderland, West ham and Swansea.

Spurs have Liverpool, man U, West brom

At this stage of the season it really doesn't matter who we play it's all about pressure, for both teams.

I still think Spurs have had a much easier arrangement of PL fixtures than us so far this year. It seems they get 2 or 3 mediocre to crap teams in a row, then a big team, then mediocre again, etc, etc.

For example - From January onwards, if you scratch our win over them out - They played Sunderland, then Crystal Palace (both teams in dire form at that time), then Norwich and Watford, then their first "big game" in ages was against a depleted, shell shocked Man City (who had just come off the back of a 3-1 drubbing from us) in which they were lucky to take all 3 points, needing a penalty and a late winner...Then, Swansea at White Hart lane, before finally playing a decent club in good form (West Ham) and losing, then drawing with 10 man Arsenal. Then they play Villa and Bournemouth back to back FFS!!!

Liverpool, Man Utd, Chelsea, Stoke will be their turn to experience back to back "big" games, just like we had in November, December and February.
We need to keep winning our games of course. But Spurs have had a very favourable arrangement of fixtures in the league for the most part and I don't think it will stand them in good stead, ultimately.

Don't get into fixture list arguments, everyone plays the same teams, the same games, you'll get favourable and non-favourable runs throughout the season.

Seems to be a little worry creeping in to posts.

Need to be loud, proud and positive.

That's the truth. No more bad thoughts, City will win the League.
