EverybodyDannsNow Posted 6 January 2016 Posted 6 January 2016 You'd think Everton fans would be up for a home semi final, so quiet. When they do make noise it's usually anger aimed at their own players. Both Tim Howard and John Stones have turned to the crowd and told them to calm down in recent weeks.
StanSP Posted 6 January 2016 Posted 6 January 2016 When they do make noise it's usually anger aimed at their own players. Howard has sarcastically clapped back to the crowd when the crowd cheers as he caught a cross. Stones did tell them to calm down after he dribbled in the box towards his own goal
purpleronnie Posted 6 January 2016 Posted 6 January 2016 Everton fans rarely sing or stand up, weirdly back in the 70's and 80's goodison was very noisy. I read somewhere that everton fans now all sit and dont sing because they wanted to do the opposite of liverpool fans (kopites)....surely a myth, although Liverpool fans thesedays rarely sing so maybe Everton fans will start to.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 6 January 2016 Posted 6 January 2016 More like a second leg this currently! Rate Barkley but he seems to be one of these players currently who every time I watch seems to run great with the ball but not release it in time or make the wrong option at the end
C-man Posted 6 January 2016 Posted 6 January 2016 Atmosphere at these semi finals are a disgrace. Everton putting on their best performance in forever and still sounds like Town Park on FIFA.... Decent GOL that.
RowlattsFox Posted 6 January 2016 Posted 6 January 2016 I can't be the only one who thought navas would cock that up? Lukaku is a great goalscorer.
Footballwipe Posted 7 January 2016 Posted 7 January 2016 Atmosphere at these semi finals are a disgrace. Everton putting on their best performance in forever and still sounds like Town Park on FIFA.... Decent GOL that. Spot on. Stoke City. Semi-Final of the League Cup, the chance to roar your team onto a first leg advantage going to Anfield. The chance to get to Wembley and win a trophy, and they sound like it's a 12:45 kick off against West Brom. Being able to hear Butland and others shouting on Tuesday night was a sad indictment on it. You'' guarantee the same at Anfield and the Etihad as well in three weeks, too. Nice big roar before kick off then silence for the rest. Only saving grace last night were the Man City fans who I thought were pretty good.
kingcarr21 Posted 7 January 2016 Posted 7 January 2016 Barkley is so frustrating. I just wish he would shoot. He gets himself into some incredible positions and always bottles it and passes it. He will always be on the fringes of the England squad unless he adds goals to his game. A real talent I feel is being wasted. That challenge on Navas was a stonewall penalty. Still cant believe Navas actually scored.
AKCJ Posted 7 January 2016 Posted 7 January 2016 Lukaku is the real deal. He won't be at Everton next season.
Fox92 Posted 26 January 2016 Author Posted 26 January 2016 Nice to see Flanagan back in the Liverpool team. First time in two years. Can't see past Liverpool tonight.
NewEnglandFox Posted 26 January 2016 Posted 26 January 2016 Only 2 changes for Liverpool from the weekend. Hopefully they play something resembling a first team lineup at the weekend as well.
J.Lisemore Posted 26 January 2016 Posted 26 January 2016 Do Liverpool have at least a singing section? Complete silence.
ScouseFox Posted 26 January 2016 Posted 26 January 2016 the fact wollscheid appears to basically be pronounced as well shite says it all imo
Soar Fox Posted 26 January 2016 Posted 26 January 2016 I couldn't hear Stoke fans on Saturday at all. Maybe because of where I sit, but tonight they are very loud.
ScouseFox Posted 26 January 2016 Posted 26 January 2016 just five million yards obviously offside. funny cos it's liverpool but sometimes you sit back and wonder what the absolute fu ck some of these officials are doing. are they genuinely thick? do they know the rules? are they making a murderer?
Fox92 Posted 26 January 2016 Author Posted 26 January 2016 I couldn't hear Stoke fans on Saturday at all. Maybe because of where I sit, but tonight they are very loud. I agree. Heard the first rendition of Delilah and that was about it. Didn't even look like they brought 3000 to me.
jammie82uk Posted 26 January 2016 Posted 26 January 2016 Anyone not watching this pretty sums up the match
Corky Posted 26 January 2016 Posted 26 January 2016 The atmosphere is terrible apart from the Stoke fans.
yorkie1999 Posted 26 January 2016 Posted 26 January 2016 Extra time and penalties, liverpool lose, lose in the fa cup and totally deflated for nezt week.
