yorkhill, more of that and josie's orders in a trixie for me tomorrow. use some of today's winnings for that and some for tonight's footy.

think a £10 total stake trixie returns about £190 or so.

Wins for Altoir, Douvan/Vroum Vroum double, Annie Power and places for Morning Assembly and My Tent Or Yours has left me £400 up with several bets for tomorrow already done. Unbelievable.

I do however have some quite upsetting news regarding yesterday. I've been betting on horses with Oscar in their name after my newborn son and been doing ok. Yesterday a 4-timer came in at about 5000/1 but I missed it as my girlfriend was taken in to hospital. She owes me fifty grand! Haha

Vroom vroom made it a winning day

looking at tomorrows price wise he is going for a lot shorter odds after todays show!

How did he do today ?

His record backing horses under 4-1 is very good

Yorkhill was 8-1 last week

He might start favourite

few places but he tipped to win. as i always know with him its a crapshoot and i take it at face value. pricewise extra tipped the fav in the last and where did that come? 2nd or 3rd?

Anyone got any tips for the 2nd day, I can't seem to find inspiration.

I was going to ask the same, bar the odd horse nothing really stands out. Not like yesterday's meeting anyway.

Un de Sceaux and More Of That double and Balthazar King today.

Love Balthazar King but this is a real tough ask with it being his first run since that nasty fall in last years national.

Josie's orders in the cross country is one hell of a bet. Specialist course and test of a horse and one this horse specialises in. Good old Balt does too but a huge injury (was confirmed dead by half the world ffs) and no run since is going to be massive considering the task at hand.

Loads of course and distance form, often continually battering the same oppo who line up today. Nina knows the horse and the course brilliantly and you can get about 3/1. Thought it'd be 2/1 or lower tbh.

Gone for a Yanworth / Un De Sceaux double @ just over 3/1, a More Of That / Josie's Orders double @ just under 10/1 and an EW Ruby treble of Blood Cotil, Voix Du Reve and Bacardys.

Had a good day yesterday with Vroum Vroum Mag @ evens and a Douvan / Vroum Vroum mag double.

I bet the bookies are praying that Yanworth, More of that, UDS and Jossies Order dont all win. Everybody seems to have gone for them.

I've gone for Yanworth £25 and Yorkhill £25 in the first race. Even though it would mean me losing money I'd love sprinter sacre to win.

Hoping for another good day today :)

cant see sprinter winning today sadly. i was there when he destroyed the field many moons ago (and took my bonus with him too since i worked for Paddy Power at the time) and he was brilliant, shame that operation ****ed him.

Yanworth and Un De Sceaux double for me.

And then possibly a Trixie on More Of That, Josie's Orders and one other who I haven't picked yet.

My mates got one in the bumper West End Story, it's won well on its last 2 starts but he thinks the ground may be just drying out too much for it, still having an e/w go on it at 20s.
