Guest Col city fan Posted 1 January 2016 Posted 1 January 2016 not massive, got them in a few bets probably about 50 quids worth of stakes. some of that includes them to finish bottom though but we've got aston villa to thank for that almost definitely being a loser already i still think bournemouth will go down tbf. Not sure myself. I get the argument about a paper thin squad (what with all the injuries etc) but I just think they have the spirit to win enough games. Villa are nailed-on to go down I suspect. Sunderland look awful. Which leaves one other. It could be the Geordies turn for relegation.
WesMorganGod Posted 1 January 2016 Posted 1 January 2016 this will be a hard game, they are a good side and we can't under-estimate them at all. I think we will win but it will be close and maybe even scrappy. 2-1 to us
les-tah Posted 1 January 2016 Posted 1 January 2016 Kasper Fuchs - Morgan - Huth - Simpson Albrighton - Kante - DD - Mahrez Vardy - Kramaric 3-1 Leicester. Kramaric, Vardy, Kante with the goals. Love this team, the Fuchs and Simpson swapping places will surprise the Fuuck out of them!!
NotTheMarketLeader Posted 1 January 2016 Posted 1 January 2016 That's exactly what you've just done. If we played that team we deserve to lose for not taking them seriously and thinking this is the same Bournemouth side of five years a go. Mahrez & Vardy need to get through another game and can have 10 days rest after it if they need it. Now we've come out of our tough Christmas spell it's imperative we don't take our foot off the gas and go back to getting 3pts from these types of games if we're going to do anything this season. Right on Gez
Izzy Posted 1 January 2016 Posted 1 January 2016 Kasper Fuchs - Morgan - Huth - Simpson Albrighton - Kante - DD - Mahrez Vardy - Kramaric 3-1 Leicester. Kramaric, Vardy, Kante with the goals. I like this team. If the team are getting roughed up at the front get Leo on for those flick on's that when he pulls off are great. I'd go for 2-0. I'd like to see Drinkwater, Kram or Fuchs score. A Mahrez freekick would be nice to see this season. Why are so many people predicting Kramaric will start this one? He can hardly get a place on the bench never mind the starting 11.

jammie82uk Posted 1 January 2016 Posted 1 January 2016 Bournemouth have handled Vardy before - Howe AFC Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe is confident his side are equipped to deal with in-form Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy. Eddie Howe is aware of the threat posed to AFC Bournemouth by Leicester City star Jamie Vardy, but stressed that his defenders have handled the England striker before. A late vardy Penalty gave Claudio Ranieri's men – who have since gone on to sit level on points with Arsenal at the top of the Premier League after 19 games – a 1-1 draw at the Vitality Stadium in August. But Howe felt Bournemouth largely coped with his threat during that match and spoke of the importance of his players – who have only lost once in their last seven games – doing so again when the two teams meet at the King Power Stadium on Saturday.

So fouling him in the box and letting him score counts as handling him? Hope they handle him again tomorrow then.
Guest Posted 1 January 2016 Posted 1 January 2016 let's face it - if we were a relegation battle team we'd expect to beat Bournemouth, if we have any hope of European football we have to beat them.
Rasmic123 Posted 1 January 2016 Posted 1 January 2016 Kasper Simpson Morgan Benny Fuchs Mahrez DD Kante Albrighton Okazaki Vardy difficult game this one but a must win considering some of the difficult fixtures we have coming up over the next two months. Home form will be crucial in the second half of the season and if we get it right, could pick up a lot of points in our very winnable remaining home fixtures

Richmondfox Posted 1 January 2016 Posted 1 January 2016 Why are so many people predicting Kramaric will start this one? He can hardly get a place on the bench never mind the starting 11. I don't think he will start but I would like him to as I think he would be better suited to a game where we get more time and space to play the ball on the floor. I do think Leo will start and as much as I like him, his flick ons and lay off passes have been great I can't stand his hold up play where he leans back into the player and gives away the ball by shining it or almost always giving away a foul.
weller54 Posted 1 January 2016 Author Posted 1 January 2016 Arsenal comfortably beat them... We need to do the same to show our champions intentions!
Thracian Posted 1 January 2016 Posted 1 January 2016 Kramaric has never made a case for being a starter. And our other options have hardly let us down. Ulloa's our best alternative if you forget the midfield harassing and Shinji's probably best if you want the harassing with an outside chance of a goal on top. Kramaric should be pleased if he gets a chance off the bench at some stage and chance to add another small notch to his sappling of credibility.

TJB-fox Posted 1 January 2016 Posted 1 January 2016 Frustrating 1-1 draw, similar to the Burnley home game last season (but 1-1 not 2-2)

Perversely, I still think Leo is picked or brought on for what he offers in defending set pieces than at the top end. we need to address this so that our strikers are picked for what they offer in the opposition half. Can Ngolo do some stretching from the banisters during the afternoons. must be able to get him to 5 foot 7" !
Harry - LCFC Posted 1 January 2016 Posted 1 January 2016 Why are so many people predicting Kramaric will start this one? He can hardly get a place on the bench never mind the starting 11. People want him to succeed so they think he'll start. I agree with you, people need to separate out what they want from what they expect to happen.
Tielemans63 Posted 1 January 2016 Posted 1 January 2016 Bournemouth have signed Juan Iturbe from Roma - wow! Not sure if he can play tomorrow as I can't be arsed to read up on the rules but lets hope not.

Has to wait on a work permit so ineligible! Cost them 17 mil two season ago and now being loaned out, puts our "flop" to shame.

Not sure if he can play tomorrow as I can't be arsed to read up on the rules but lets hope not. I think the signing won't be official up until Monday, but I could be wrong on this one. Definitely unlikely to start or even feature against us tomorrow, from what I gather. Tidy addition, that.
theessexfox Posted 1 January 2016 Posted 1 January 2016 Is it that tidy? If Roma want him out then he can't be that good, can he?
