Spurs AWAY FA Cup Third Round...thoughts etc

Not one of the players, need a rest, unless they are injured, or not fully fit.

If city got to the final, it still would be below 50 for the season.

If We lose to Spurs in the league it wont because of fatigue...!!

This for me, give the out field first 11 a chance to rest, the best chance of Europe this season is in the league, so give the squad a chance to put in a performance.

Full rotation. First 11 looked spent today.

This but with Kasper in...

You can't tell me he's tired?

I know but Schwarzer scares me so much that if Kasper got injured and we had to start Schwarzer in the league...

Why not put Ben Hamer in goal, he is back with us and better than Schwarzer.

Don't say this very often, but this season I really don't care about the FA cup.

I'd be happy with seeing some of the other players get a run. Dodoo, Kram, Inler, King etc. And just see what happens.

Without a doubt, Vardy and Mahrez look jaded. I'd rest them.

We're SAFE from relegation so let's go for a cup run. Same team that started vs bournemouth

We're in such a good position in the league that we need to take advantage of it. Playing same team will only burn out players even more and we need to freshen them up as we didn't look too good vs Bournemouth.

Rest main players, try and snatch a smash and grab type win.

I don't think we should throw the cup per se, but I think it's evident that a few of our main players would benefit from a week off so a bit of rotation is really necessary. Hopefully we'll still put on a good performance and Claudio can use it for sussing out a bit of a Plan B setup

Would play Hamer over Schmeichel - it'd be devastating if Schmikes picked up an injury, and Hamer is a perfectly able shot-stopper. Agree with trying out Shinji in Vardy's role and Kram to partner him
