Your biggest 'outrage' as a Leicester fan

Rewatch it then?

The ball bends and ends up on the edge of the centre circle.

The commentator even says it. Regardless of where it landed, it was stupid. Leicester players really are blameless sometimes.

I don't disagree, it was stupid, but I remember being at the game and the ball landed near the centre circle and it most certainly didn't get thrown into the stands.

Ever appointing Sven is a biggie.

Much loved on here, at least for a time, it became clear he couldn't run the proverbial piss-up and despite having spent 5 million quid more that season even than West Ham, we were only going one way.

It took time for the owners (and many many fans) to see it, but thank-God they finally did.

The reign of the Charlatan Swede was actually one of the worst pieces of business in the clubs history.

He took us from bottom to play-off hopefuls, you'd have to have had an agenda to hate him after his first season.

Its the strange commical looks I get from fellow fans, when I get my plastics out, and start to

enjoy my tiger prawn mayo sandwiches, swilling down with a small moet chandon... :)

The Kermorgant penalty at Cardiff

Ben Marshall cupping his ears at us at Barnsley - twat.

Oh yeah, I remember that. Right in front of where I was sat. He shouted something back too.

1973..FA-cup

Farringtons goal, called offside against Arsenal, when he had started off in his own half.

Then in the replay Worthingtons effort that span off the post and rode all the way

along the line.

Never before or after,at the end of the reply did I see a group of players, or many sturdy fans,

walk away with tears in their eyes.

We was robbed away at Arsenal from an incompetent linesman, in one of our best games ever, where we had outplayed

The great Arsenal, the monday after and the morning after the replay, the shop floor at Bentleys

(I was an Apprentice at the time), including the normal lively pss takers, were hurting, and just shattered.

Remember that game, in the replay we hit the woodwork five times, then their winner goes in off the post. Robbed in both matches. Nearly split up from my girlfriend after the game because I went to the pub on my own to drown my sorrows and left her to get a lift home. Still we have now been married over 40 years, so no lasting damage (or was there!)

My biggest outrage was in April 1969 when we played basically a relegation decider at Highfield Road against the vermin. 42000 packed in and after 87 mins it is 0-0. We then get awarded a penalty and just as we are about to take it, the Cov players are still badgering the referee. He then decides to go and talk to the linesman. Whatever is said, and nobody ever knew, the referee reverses his decision and gives Cov a free kick. They take it, attack and score. No extra minutes in those days. 90 minutes game over. The decision by the ref sent us down as although we have games after the cup final, we end up having to win away at Old Trafford in the final match to have any chance of staying up. We do score in the first minute, but end up losing 3-2.

For me the heart ache from the Cov game in 69 was a lot worse then Knockys penalty miss, but obviously I am a lot older and have had plenty of disappointments to get used to watching the boys in blue.

After 47 years, still know we were cheated.

Nugent leaving.

I think he's a better striker than Okazaki and Ulloa.

-

Barrie Pierrepoint being involved with the club.

Kermogrant penalty in the playoffs. Waghorn didn't have an issue with and you could see he was gutted but to take a penalty in the way Kermogrant did at such an important time, when the keeper knew he liked to do that was just so stupid and nonchalant it really drove me nuts. Even after all these years, I'm typing hard as it was that annoying.

Lads in Thailand was another one as it was just so stupid to film that.

Pearsons 1st sacking was a good one.

Every time junior lewis started for us.

La manga......

Pre '90s.??? Then I'll propose the FA Cup q/f in 1971. Had drawn with Arsenal and were playing the replay at Highbury..Rodnee Fern scored a great header, but Jim Bloody Finney disallowed it for a mythical 'push' and we went on to lose, narrowly and unluckily!!

The 'Arse' won the double that year, profiting from a number of, shall we say controversial, decisions along the way..

There was loads of 'hype' about the 'double' bid as it progressed, and more than a little muttering that Arsenal were 'assisted' to it.....I'm saying nowt!

Good shout. They nicked a 1-0 win, but Rodney scored with a fine header. we never had much luck against the Arsenal until the penalty shoot out.

Sven's Leicester vs McLaren's Forest

Wes Morgan at the heart of our defence and Matt Mills captaining us.

Its like some sort to parallel universe. And it wasnt even that long ago!

When Stoke sent us down to league 1 while getting promoted themselves, yet still all a group of their scumbag fans could do was overly mock us while invading the pitch...before the game was even finished!

Never understood why our demise trumped their success for those assclowns

they hate us after the play off semi at their place after gary parker scored

Definitely the home game against Atletico, I was a 17 year old lad

but I remember being so ****ing angry that I was virtually in tears lol

What made it even more galling is that me and my mates had saved up to go the away leg and we got treated like absolute shit from the minute we arrived in Madrid. I got a baton round the legs for doing literally **** all. Our treatment that day was an outrage in itself and I was absolutely desperate for us to do them at home and we got absolutely robbed by the ref. I get angry just thinking about that game even now!

Play off defeat to Swindon was incredibly painful.

However seeing their pathetic season in the Prem and subsequent decline certainly helped the pain a little....
