N'golo hammy being 'managed'

We could always try schlupp in a new position. I thought he had a cracking game when he came on for sayin he has been out for so long. Although im not sure trying people in new positions is a massively great idea at this stage of the season with so much to lose!!

Schlupp centre mid is possibly the craziest shout I've ever heard

King is fine but he is not a player that should be starting for title contenders. He runs around a lot and makes some decent passes but the people thinking he will score goals like he used to in the championship/league one are having a laugh. Kante is possibly our best player and will be hugely missed, why on earth did we sign Amartey if not to play him? I love King and what he has done for this club but people need to take off the rose tinted glasses.

weve got 24 points from the last 11 games he's played more than half of. that is title winning form.

kante will obviously be missed. as you say he's arguably our best player, so if we replaced him with king, inler, amartey or anyone else who can play centre mid it wouldn't be as good. kingy is a perfectly good replacement especially for a game against west brom at home. keeping the ball ticking over and ghosting into the box late on will be crucial traits against pulis' back 6 and king's great at both of them.

King and Drinkwater were superb in our our first 4 games. Ranieri called them the pilots of the RAF remember and he was superb in the run-in last season too. Losing Kante will be a blow, but I more than trust King to come in against WBA and Watford.

Does he really still "ghost in to the box", I honestly dont remember seeing that since the championship! I agree he is an ok replacement but my point was why not see what Amartey can do, he could be a "great" replacement.

N’Golo Kante has been ruled out of Leicester’s next two matches as he recovers from the hamstring problem which forced him off against Norwich on Saturday.

Claudio Ranieri admitted ‘extraordinary’ Kante would be missed but insisted Andy King will provide excellent cover in midfield.

Kante has been one of the stars of Leicester’s rise to title-challengers – featuring in every Premier League game this season to date – but will be absent from the home match against West Bromwich Albion and trip to Watford.‘We lose him for the next two matches. I hope only two,’ said Ranieri. ‘It's a little painful his hamstring. He suffered during all the season and now we want to give him some rest. Two matches and he can restart.

‘All the season he had a problem to the other leg and now this time the new leg. Maybe he made a compensation and charged too much on the other leg.

‘He has been extraordinary but I am very confident. We play King and every time he was excellent.

‘Let me now play and then I will tell you what I will lose (from Kante). N'Golo recovers a lot of balls but not only this, he starts the counter attack and makes the last ball.

‘I am very confident Drinky and Kingy could be the same, they are doing very well. King has another style of football, he doesn’t make the same. He has to do his job not the Kante job.’

not as often no, because we're not as "gung ho". we rarely get midfielders in the box at all because we're in the premier league not the championship so our game plan is different. when given the chance and when we pile on pressure against weaker teams in games we need to win he's still the best we have at arriving from nowhere unmarked. his couple of goals on the run in last year show that, and he will be crucial in trying to break teams down this run in too, if needed, i'd guess.

Kingy will step up as he always does. How people still doubt him to do a very good job is beyond me.

For me, its not so much that i would doubt him to do a Job... It more about Kante and what he can do , being a very very unique situation. Yes King can do a job, but there's not many players in the prem that can do the same job as Kante...

Pleeeeeeese ! ...   He's injured so he won't be playing.   We always knew that with our relatively small squad injuries could be a problem especially to key players who are so important to us.  But luckily (hopefully) Kante will only miss two matches.    He's out and thats it.    Kingy will put in a shift and not let us down.

Guys dont worry ive just saw on the internet that Kante is only out because hes having software updates to allow him to play European football next season.

Terrible news. Our most important player I think, so to lose him is a big blow, if only for 2 games. Let's hope Kingy can be an able stand in and help us to carry on from Norwich while N'Golo makes a full recovery.

If we are going to have 60% possession like the Norwich game I'm not too worried about King starting, although I would have preferred Inler.

King does need to step up though and show how good he is though because 6/10 performances aren't good enough anymore.

I hope Amartey gets at least some time in midfield whilst Kante is out. I know that King is a safer choice and that he looked a bit nervous on his debut but we scouted him as a midfielder and spent good money on him. We're out of all the cups so he'll have to be blooded in the league and the importance of each match and the pressure is only going to increase the closer we get to May. If he's going to make a positive contribution this season then now is the time to get him settled and playing to the ability that the scouting team decided was good enough for us to buy him.

King is a king never lets anyone down and is tidy with the ball can't believe people are slating him.

Posters say "not good enough for top of the league side" but if you asked you lot if Wes Morgan or Danny Drinkwater was last year you'd be laughing.
