Daz93 Posted 1 March 2016 Posted 1 March 2016 Not even that annoyed by getting Pulis'd. The boys put in a great shift and it's still a point on the board. I fancy West Ham tomorrow, come on the Hammers!
MattCan Posted 1 March 2016 Posted 1 March 2016 Very unlucky not to win that. Hit the bar twice. Mahrez silly handball just after half time was crucial, as well as a rather selfish effort near the end. Vardy walking off the pitch shouting 'f**k' he was gutted, as am I. Onwards we go. Please West Ham, take Tottingham to the cleaners tomorrow then tonight will have been a point gained. OK. He was silly, selfish, etc. Feeling better now? .. Geez ..
Guest Manini Posted 1 March 2016 Posted 1 March 2016 Drinkwater's best performance for me. He was the Kante today was helping out defending and his forward runs created openings for us. If he doesn't go to the Euros, it's Roy's loss. Thought he was very good today, but we did miss Kante. He just seems to win every 50/50 and the ball is glued to him at times. He turns defence in to attack quicker than anyone in the division, but credit to Drinky and King, they stepped up well tonight.
Hammered Posted 1 March 2016 Posted 1 March 2016 I've read some shite posts in my time, and that's right up there..
erlee Posted 1 March 2016 Posted 1 March 2016 Excellent display, couldn't have asked more from them, aside from maybe Vardy and Okazaki practising their heading ha. Our fitness levels are ridiculous. Drinky and Morgan looked like men possessed in the last 10. Real shame we didn't score but that was a really good performance. yeah,, worth 2 goals
ozleicester Posted 1 March 2016 Posted 1 March 2016 good game to watch, desereved a win... but Mahrez.... OH MY GOD
Dr The Singh Posted 1 March 2016 Posted 1 March 2016 West Brom were fine tonight. All of this West Brom bashing is just sour grapes. They scored two good goals and played on the counter. And so what if teams do come and sit deep and try and get a point. There's no wrong way to set up a team. I'm certain there were games last season when we tried to do just that. I agree, they did what they had to against a better side, how many times have we played lime they have in the past against better teams. They rode there luck, battle hard for a point
Kendal Fox Posted 1 March 2016 Posted 1 March 2016 Not the end of the world but you have to be realistic and consider the strong possibility that Spurs who, unlike Arsenal, are fighters and on a roll, beat West Ham tomorrow night and go top on goal diff. I worry that once they go ahead, unlike us and Arsenal, they will have the staying power and ability to keep things in their own hands. As thrilling as the match was, I thought that if Norwich - only on 24 points but intent on playing for a point, WBA - on 35 points - would definitely be able to afford a draw.I think it's crazy to expect Watford not to follow Norwich's blueprint. We need a Plan B and a way to work out how to change things when teams don't do what we expect, regardless of how much endeavour and grit is shown. As selfish as I am, I'm kind of hoping that Kante is somehow able to play on Saturday.
Richard Posted 1 March 2016 Posted 1 March 2016 Maybe Spurs going top will help us. We've had all the pressure on us the past month or so and Spurs have been able to (relatively) sneak up the table with the limelight on them. As long as we are within 2 points of them I'm not too fussed. Wouldn't be the end of the world them going ahead on GD and take some pressure off us a little bit
VIKTOR-LE5 Posted 1 March 2016 Posted 1 March 2016 Bit cocky on the WBA forum calling us tinpot how they are a bigger club then us and how great their away support was fuc**n deluded c**ts.
SystonFox Posted 1 March 2016 Posted 1 March 2016 Unlucky not to win. Foster and the crossbar saved them. Was definitely a game for Ulloa and not Shinji. Was it just me from my position or did Kasper have a mare with his positioning for their free kick? Spurs better ****ing lose. It went in the side net. Nobody is saving that.
deejdeej Posted 1 March 2016 Posted 1 March 2016 Very frustrating but big respect to Wes Morgan throwing his and everyone in leicesters kitchen sink at the at the end.
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 1 March 2016 Posted 1 March 2016 West Brom were fine tonight. All of this West Brom bashing is just sour grapes. They scored two good goals and played on the counter. I agree, I don't think we allowed them out to be honest... we were restless, many a team would have crumbled under that tonight.
steveherbe Posted 1 March 2016 Posted 1 March 2016 Believe we now cant go down. Villa are dead, norwich and sunderland can only get 54 max. Mission accomplished!
RobHawk Posted 1 March 2016 Posted 1 March 2016 Pressure cranks up for Spurs now, not only do they have a local derby but they can actually go top for the first time ever. Come on you hammers!
possiblygeorge Posted 1 March 2016 Posted 1 March 2016 Could be worse, we could've been Cabellero'd .

I think it might suit us better than tonight and Saturday.
Hammered Posted 1 March 2016 Posted 1 March 2016 good game to watch, desereved a win... but Mahrez.... OH MY GOD Hahaha "haaaaaaaaaa ... qué golazo qué golazo qué golazo ! Andy King marca, pero como no dice que el héroe es Rihad MaHAREZZ" Spanish commentators
coolhandfox Posted 1 March 2016 Posted 1 March 2016 Keep picking up points, no game is easy in this league! Games in hand mean nothing until you win them! Boys gave their all!
daddylonglegs Posted 1 March 2016 Posted 1 March 2016 I'm really sorry but Schmeichel is not as good as people make him out to be. There was a poll on SSN the other week about who was better out of Lloris, Kasper, Cech and Hart and he came second I think! Schmeichel is so far behind those three its a joke. He's got no confidence from crosses, offers no support to his defence and his kicking is hilariously poor - he comes out with one incredible kick in 5 - but the other 4 are terrible
NewquayFox Posted 1 March 2016 Posted 1 March 2016 Fantastic from City tonight, WBA defended brilliantly 2nd half but we should have taken our chances to be honest, Foster was a man possessed and Morgan was outstanding.... Up the City....
Hammered Posted 1 March 2016 Posted 1 March 2016 Bit cocky on the WBA forum calling us tinpot how they are a bigger club then us and how great their away support was fuc**n deluded c**ts. Surely their second team is Spurs, tw*ts.

How in the blue hell can Spurs getting three points tomorrow night be a good thing? Jesus Christ, some people. Spurs dropping points tomorrow is the only good result in that game for us. We didn't not win tonight because of the pressure of being top - that had sod all to do with it. The harebrained notions of some people how "this defeat might be a good thing" or "this team going ahead of us suits us" is complete and utter nonsensical bullshit.
FantasticMrFox&Son Posted 1 March 2016 Posted 1 March 2016 Can always be critical of individual players at moments in a game, but the truth is that THIS TEAM play for each other, week in - week out. Showed tonight, the lads were massive, disappointed for not getting the 3 points but overall the performance was worthy of title contenders. See what Spurs do tomorrow, I'm looking forward to a Payet masterclass.
