Countryfox Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Who's going to fine the fvckin FA for sending all the top refs on a European jolly when we are approaching the arse end of the season and every game is big. Tw@ts !!
foxfanazer Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Surely this happens after 90% of sending offs. Hope Moss isn't a cvnt about it, he will be though
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 The local rag "Blick" has come up with a heinous photo montage - using an older picture from a previous game: I can't recall Vardy showing Moss the middle finger - all I could make out is that he was pointing at the referee shortly after the red card was brandished. That could just be a poor job by the picture editor? Or could it relate to a wider story - my German isn't up to scratch I'm afraid?
UPinCarolina Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Given the baffling circumstances around the first yellow card, and then the second I doubt he'll get an extended ban. Personally I think we won't bother appealing and he'll just be out for the Swansea game. We need to pin the rule regarding 2 yellows = red not being able to be appealed to the top of the forum.
Alf Bentley Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 lol Stinkefinger Sometimes the services of a translator are truly redundant.
Guest LCFC_World Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Nothing will happen. Surely they'll take in to account how soft the first yellow was.
gdl9050 Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Even if he gets an additional one Match ban I still think we would beat man utd at Old Trafford. They could only beat villa 1-0 and really struggle to beat teams with an awful defence, let alone ours. I would play Gray up front against utd. If we got an early goal against them we would definitely win.
Ricey Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 In some ways we can have no complaints as he did react and he was aggressive. However, if that results in a further ban than most sendings offs will result in further bans, as how often do you see a player just accept it and walk off?

Personally I think we won't bother appealing and he'll just be out for the Swansea game. We can't appeal anything as it's 2 yellows, you can only appeal a red, the additional ban if it comes has nothing to do with the 2 cards, it will be to do with the language he used after. The FA fined and extended costa's ban for his reaction after a red card, Vardy calling him a ****ing ****, correct as he maybe, isn't going to look good is it, we are in the spotlight, i wouldn't be shocked if he got another game or 2, which could be crucial, I hope i'm wrong as a rested Vardy before old trafford may just be enough to win the title.
Lambert09 Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 If the worst happens (a 3 game ban), I think it would be a great move to recall Kramaric. Obviously start Leo and shinji, but we need that emergency striker option if we need a goal, and he has been in terrific form in Germany. I just hope we have that option.
Grey Fox Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 We need to pin the rule regarding 2 yellows = red not being able to be appealed to the top of the forum. Just because you can't doesn't make it right. It's yet another ridiculous rule. Why is it fair that you can appeal against a ban for a straight red card but not against a ban for what in cases like the first yellow are most likely a lesser offence. It should be all reds are allowed an appeal, even those with two yellows. It's like saying if you are caught going 10 mph over the speed limit you are allowed to appeal, but if you are caught going 5 mph over twice you get no right of appeal. Strange rule.
stripeyfox Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Nothing will happen. Surely they'll take in to account how soft the first yellow was. Maybe. Or more likely they may consider that the way Vardy abused the referee is a red card in its own right and therefore worthy of a longer ban.
Grey Fox Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Be a bit of a disaster if he's out for 3 games. It should be 2 at the most. Costa's was extended by one game.

However, if that results in a further ban than most sendings offs will result in further bans, as how often do you see a player just accept it and walk off? If it was just swear words, they can be hard to nail players on... A pointing finger directly in the referees face, that's featured on most back pages today however - harder to escape from. Given the respect campaign and the pretty awful image that gives the game in general - I expect the FA to feel obliged to do something. The circumstances of the sending off don't form part of their decision making.

Is he registered as part of our squad for the second half of the season?
Fox 4 Life Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Fatboy seemingly "evened it up" by giving us a pen that wasn't really one so hopefully he realises he had a mare and won't take this any further
ARM1968 Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Moss is a massive Spurs fan. Doesn't get to as many games as Woy because he's usually busy on a Saturday. It's all true.
Countryfox Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Fatboy seemingly "evened it up" by giving us a pen that wasn't really one so hopefully he realises he had a mare and won't take this any further Thats about the long and the short of it as far as I'm concerned. By putting in a report about JV he will highlight still further his atrocious performance.
Fox 4 Life Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Can we actually recall Kramaric if needed? I have read conflicting reports but given Claudios complete non faith in him I can't see it happening either way
