My point was that if he wasn't our player I'd be a bit concerned shelling out so much on a player who you either play to his strengths or if by his England's performance he's becomes useless. I'm not rubbishing the guy, but other players adjust. Its not a problem for us.

I trust the management and owners to sign a replacement. As CR said at the end of season any who are not committed to our great club should go!!

Clearly from the start they have been out to get a better deal cause they know they can. Maybe Vardy / his agent felt a bit cheated by the club for the wage he accepted back in Feb when rummors of the amounts being offered to other squad members now have been leaked.And in terms of the release clause - I don't disagree with the amount, more the terms of it. It should only have become active if Leicester weren't in the Champions League!
