You were our chairman

our special chairman

you made us proud to watch city play

we hope you know just how much we loved you

God why’d you take our chairman away?

Maybe when the moods less sombre. Obligatory version of 'Iwan is a Welshman' chant...

Khun Vichai came to Leicester,

He brought his son called Top,

And when he saw the team play,

He said 'this has to stop',

He took us to the Premier,

He saved us from the drop,

And then we won the title,

He's the King of Leicesters Kop

He came to our cityyyy,

And bought our football club

He led us to the title,

And made us fall in love

Then marching on in Europe,

He bought us beer and scarves,

Gone but not forgotten,

Forever in our hearts

Allez allez allez

To lord of the dance hymn:

Vichai, wherever you may be

you were the boss at leicester city

and we're fearless now wherever we may be

and we'll folllow Top to the Champions League.

His name is Kun Vichai

Forever in our hearts

He only won the league

With Ranieri taking them all apart

He bought us all beer and scarves

Whilst putting us on top of the world

We will never forget you

Or the free kicks Mahrez curled.

Allez, allez, allez

Whatever the decisions re songs are... A Commemorative song sheet would not only help them be sung...and a great memorial?

Is the club or UnionFS doing anything?

I think a rendition of ‘we’re proud of you’ should ring around the stadiums at the end of Saturday’s game. Let the whole club know win, draw or lose we are so proud of the way they have all handled themselves over the past difficult weeks.

I'm not an expert in football songs etc but perhaps I could suggest something totally left field which has a chorus easily sung and perhaps we could adapt.

Song is Kind and Generous by Natalie Merchant. I wouldn't suggest the whole song but the words are truly representative of how many of us are feeling right now.

WYS - Done properly on sixty minutes with scarves in air. Done. If even half of the Kop did that on Saturday, it would be an awesome sight.

I love the Sweets Dreams Are Made of This by the Eurythmics chant that we've done fleetingly before, maybe we could get this going for Vichai?

Sweet dreams are made of these

Leicester won the Premier League

Travelled the world and the seven sea's

Now we honour Khun Vichai

That last line to be changed if anyone has anything better?

Something for Kasper would be good, thinking along the lines of something with the tune of the Hong Kong Phooey theme

Of course you've got the  Kaaaspa Schmiechel, numba 1 goalkeeper/superguy bit . . .

Thats all I've got

The rendition of WYS at Cardiff on Saturday was the best I've ever been part of - scarves held aloft too. I only wish all our fans could have seen it.

how about on the 60th minute against Burnleyl when everyone is back from their ht break, we do a Mexican wave with a rendition of ' vichai, there's only one vichai' to wave goodbye to TheBoss visually stunning and all can get involved . For 2 mins

Half of Europe sing ‘allez allez allez’, half the Football League sing ‘.... had a dream’.

Lets do a proper job of this. Give Vichai a lasting, fitting and individual song. One that can be sung for generations, not one that would be pinpointed to a time the tune was a fad.

‘Thank you for the Days’ is special.

Let’s get it done.

It's a great suggestion. I've just read the lyrics to 'Days' again. Simply beautiful and so right - both for this moment in time and as a proper unique on-going anthem for our club. I don't think it's too complicated either. We can definitely do this if we try.

Got to be WYS again for me if it's anything. You couldn't fail to be moved if you were part of it on Saturday.

Ordinarily I'd agree with you, but although it's our clubs anthem, i really don't think the majority of fans know the words!! That s why I suggested something simple

Everyone managed it fine on Saturday. Better than fine in fact, it was seriously rousing.

No reason it won't work at home too.

Doesn't take much to learn the words for Vichai.

Should be sung at every game from now on the 60th minute

I know Utd and Chelsea do it,

But we should do

' We'll never die, we'll never die,

We'll never die, we'll never die,

We'll keep the blue flag flying high

Cos Leicester City. Will never die.

Easy for the words, very stirring and would be loud.

Most teams copy others now , spurs nicking soton's being an example
