Don't disguise it. It's poor. Relegation fodder

You're poor. Anger reaction. Over reaction.

You're not serious?

If those owners ever sack that man I will have serious questions for this club. He goes on his own terms, I don't care what anyway says and how shit we are, he's earnt that at least.

I agree here. But it's time to see if he can arrest a slide.

He was proactive last year, now we need to see him be reactive.

We have 1 way of playing, which isn't working.

****ing awful.

Claudio looks clueless.

Definitely will struggle to stay up unless he sorts this out asap.

I don't see what Musa does.  He was trying balls through, didn't take on a man.  Just rubbish.

I'm going to try not to over react.

We have started the season away from home poorly, we're not into our flow yet.

Liverpool were the better team and played very well. It is however a long season and I have faith that we will build up and have a good season.

Its ok the players didnt seem that bothered after, Schmeichel smiling, Vardy having a joke with Sturridge

Good. I've seen enough City teams that trudged off looking bereft of confidence and out of ideas, getting used to the idea of losing each week. Lost, were poor. Got another game on Wednesday. Move on.

Pathetic performance. I can accept us losing when we at least show a bit of heart but today was disgusting. No heart, no determination, no discipline. We couldn't put 2 passes together all game panicked when on the ball. A real reality check today, if we carry on like this we will struggle massively this season.

That was really really poor. But whoever posted about Ranieris sackings is a moron. If he ever goes it should be on his terms. We were never going to win the league 2 seasons running let's have a bit of sense. 4 games in. That's it. And our most expensive player ever hasn't even played yet

I say again...it was the same team that finished last season as champions, in the same formation. Minus Kante.

No coincidence.

Where we go from here is the issue. To be going into the Champions League with Amartey as a central mid in the first team is quite embarrassing. We've missed the boat in not signing a central midfielder of real quality.

Sadly all too true!!.

When Kante was offered the contract before the Euros and he said he wanted to wait, we should have been out there straight away looking for a proper replacement.

If we don't beat Burnley next week I will start to get very worried.
Its not so much the score line or the performance.
Its the lack of effort that I find disgusting and disgraceful, I appreciate when you are beaten by a better team but to not even try (which is what it feels like) is an insult to themselves and the fans who travelled.
I hope this acts as a catalyst as the Arsenal 5-2 defeat did.

We were diabolic in our other away game at Hull too. This is not a one off.

Lacked absolutely everything.

First games are always  tough though. We clearly are out of it right now but i think we just need to get back to basics. Learn to string some passes , defend!

We got gray and slimani to use yet. Thigs WILL get better.

Poor pre season preparation.

Failed to replace our best player.

Musa looks like a complete donkey out wide.

Amartey looked good against a shit Swansea side.

And our back four is now horrible exposed.

The most frightening aspect of today's game was we hardly created a chance....against a team with Lucas in the back four. I'm afraid Claudio and the boys have ****ed it big time. And this league is the worst league to play catch up in. It's alright bringing Slimani in, but we've got major and I mean MAJOR issues at the back.

......and midfield!

I blame the players, not ranieri. He hasn't told them to go out there and be shit. Also blame our awful pre-season and minds clearly being elsewhere.

When that window shut the boat sailed past. Unfortunately despite we we did last season when you have an opportunity to consolidate with champions league football you need to take a risk... We haven't and in a way that is a lack of ambition and maybe a mid table finish is what everyone would be delighted with

Amartey is not the answer.

Poor all around.

Ending the transfer window with less c.mids than last season and not strenghening the defence

was criminal.

I think our back 4 would be decent again with a bit of cover from midfield, so don't think 3 at the back is the answer.

Ranieri is clearly a decent manager, that hasn't changed overnight.  But...you have to wonder what has gone with Steve Walsh.  Also, how far have we moved from the sports science emphasis which was such a strength of Nigel Pearson's setup?

We also need to stop thinking about last season.  It will not win us any game this season.

The worst thing about it is listening to those cvnt commentators jizzing their little panties because 'normal service' is being resumed in the PL.

HAHA so true! . So glad I streamed BT sports and didn't pay for that shower of shit, biased, fanboy coverage.
