Soar Fox Posted 5 October 2016 Posted 5 October 2016 People still use the word Pearsonite I agree with you though @GaelicFox there were a few incidents from December to March in the stands regarding Pearson. West Ham away in the league & Aston Villa away in the Fa Cup are the stand out one's for me.

Wymsey Posted 5 October 2016 Posted 5 October 2016 All went tits up literally for him when he left LCFC due to Pearson Jr. It'll be even harder if he has a new managerial role elsewhere now without Chris Powell as well.
Countryfox Posted 5 October 2016 Posted 5 October 2016 Looks like he's a gonner ... where next ? ... or has he shot himself in both feet and not got a leg to stand on (or an owner who will take a punt on him) .... ?? I'd say not in the Prem ... maybe the Championship ?? ... or lower !!!

Guest FriendlyRam Posted 5 October 2016 Posted 5 October 2016 I don't believe for one second he had to be "physically restrained" has pointed out in the Sun, their definition of being that is probably someone getting in front of him and trying to cool the situation. The Sun are scum anyway, Pearson is getting all the stick and yet our owner has now sacked 4 managers in the space of 20 months, hardly a saint himself. Our forum wont dare criticise Morris (the breakfast club) and so its no surprise their bashing Pearson, as for our next manager.... god help him.

He must have known Morris was as nuts as him

foxy boxing Posted 6 October 2016 Posted 6 October 2016 Nigel Pearson to star in a remake of Anger management as a football coach always on the edge and known to be very prickly with people he considers ostriches
Wymsey Posted 6 October 2016 Posted 6 October 2016 He himself knows that getting better opportunities than Derby will be rare based on the problems he had made for himself. He should consider a career in acting like Vinnie Jones and Cantona.

Absolutely. but none of us would turn down the cash being offered up But I think he had something to prove as well after being sacked at your place, probably wont care with 2m-3m being dumped into his bank account though and who can blame him.

You sound like your about to chuck yourself off a bridge over a manager who masterminded one win and two goals in his entire spell. And even more bizarre is you wallow in your own self pity on a rival fans forum.

Ever but I was at West Ham away in his last season and some snotty nose kids turned on an auld lad giving the nutter Pearson a piece of his mind , it was quite a nasty incident and I saw it at other points the pearsonites were a vile crowd on here as well and controlled the forum for large periods I actually had someone scream in my face about how pearson was shite because he over heard me saying I liked him. It went both ways mate. Both sides had its fair share of twats

Seeing as he's said they are actually banning peoppe who are anti Mel Morris it's understandable he's here. Especially when there are people like you obsessed with Pearson keeping derby related threads alive. Makes sense to air his disappointment here doesn't it?
MrSpaM Posted 7 October 2016 Posted 7 October 2016 I get the feeling the players at Derby have fallen into this trap where they think they are bigger than the manager, player power has taken over their dressing room. They can't deal with a manager like Pearson and have tried to get him sacked because he's making their lives difficult.

Down down down they go !!

I didn't understand why they appointed someone like Pearson and I was surprised he took the job. The chairman is clearly one who wants to make far too many decisions, and Pearson is never going to work under that kind of bloke. It's no surprise is it, really?

And a gobby owner who liked to get over involved in management ... and throw his weight around a bit ... and didn't like managers to answer back ... Nah ... cash ! And tbf the team was almost there and only needed a bit of fine tuning.
purpleronnie Posted 7 October 2016 Posted 7 October 2016 People are forgetting Ego, everybody else failed but I'll succeed not matter what the circumstances are.
Wymsey Posted 7 October 2016 Posted 7 October 2016 If he wants to control everything, he should buy a lower-league club or something. It appears he didn't understand that despite being a football manager, you've still got a boss looking over you.
