Next up at Fortress KP.. Southampton.. Thoughts?

Recommended Posts

Leicester City vs Southampton
Sun 02 October 2016. 14:15. King Power Stadium.

In astrology (may work): because the Moon is in the via combust way, to predict a winner is difficult!

But let's try.

The logo/symbol of the match will be:

* Southampton:
A lion tamer tries to display his skill and character.
Keynote: The need to tame one's vital energies in order to fulfill one's destiny = process of taming and training.

* Leicester City:
A man revealing to his students the foundation of an inner knowledge upon which a “new world” could be built.
Keynote: The necessity for the youthful spirits to learn from a Teacher who through his long experience has been able to reach solid and illuminating truths = Transmission and Being-ness.

* Play & Score:
An airplane sails, high in the clear sky.
The team is able to transcend the conflicts and pressures of the game. = Transcendent Realization.
.
I think: Because:
- Planet representing Southampton opposite Chiron = wounds.
- Moon near MC (midheaven) representing Leicester,
- Part of Fortune in 1st house (=Leicester).
- Antiscion of Part of Fortune near Ascendant (=Leicester).
So even if Southampton maybe tough and surprising, Leicester can win. (possibility of many goals.)

* Great possibilities for goals: (approximate timing ±1minute)

1st half:
14:26/27
14:33/34
14:36/37
14:39
14:46 to 48
14:50 to 53
14:55..
14:57
14:58/59

2nd half:
15:19/20 (Southampton)
15:26
15:28
15:32 to 35 (Leicester is back again)
15:37
15:42
15:48
15:57
16:00 to 02
16:04/05

Good Luck.

Thanks for throwing these out there. Hopefully the trend of correctness continues.

Mostly squad players though, isn't it  Not sure how many will be expected to play on Sunday ??

Tadic

Long

Redmond

Van Dijk

Romeu

Clasie

Forster

Ward-Prowse

All these played and could potentially stake a claim for a starting spot.

I don't know about this one

Can't understand how Southampton manage to sell and sell and still keep going

New Managers and still nothing changes, I'm hoping the Eric Black casts a Dark Shadow over their team.

Hard fought 2-1 would really be a good result for me

It's not like the travelling that most of us have to endure. No getting up at stupid times and hanging around for hours in departure lounges waiting for information on delayed flights. Do EasyJet and Ryanair do Isreal

Aye... they don't look too sad or tired about it lol

Easyjet do!

with the comfy seats, that flight will be like a 4 1/2 hour posh coach journey

if the manager has any sense, he will take the opportunity to do some tactical prep with small groups of players that will be playing tomorrow.

however, getting home late Friday when you are playing Sunday afternoon isn't great but the same as a late Thursday return after a CL fixture wed night and playing sat afternoon.

Hopefully they wont be mentally at it and we will!

Mendy won't be back until after the international break. It'll surely be a full strength team, since next week he'll likely rest some in the Chelsea match ready for the Copenhagen match, I'd guess. Simpson's back? Not sure why he was left out in the Porto match.

most players will have had a weeks break with their international teams (vardy and drinks) or at the club. Slim, Riyad, shinji, amartey, musa, will probably have played and travelled distance.  The only concern would be shinji, slim and Riyad but of these, none have been playing twice a week. Amartey probably the most exposed but mendy likely back to replace him.

Simpson left out of Porto as Claudio wanted the long throw from both flanks (Casillas a flapping keeper)

There's a few Saints fans on the Guardian's weekend preview article grumbling about Simpson and Huth getting away with handballs in last year's fixture!!

I'm not over Van Dijk scoring an offside goal at their place last year.
