They were just resigned and a bit depressed. Now we sign some guy on loan and it's wrist cutting season.

We can't give him one because no one else is really capable

I assume we could have got him for £5m-£8m. 2.Pontus Jansson-Torino wanted £12m, Leeds dilly dallying of the price, if we offered £15m he would be a Leicester player. 3.Matias Jorgensen-Would have cost less than £6m and looked decent enough vs us in the champions league. It's a shame really.

This cover seems no better than the ones we have had and have already... that is the problem. We can't confidently drop Morgan despite him needing a rest and bring in someone who can do a good job. Morgan needs a good two or three games out, he isn't getting younger and with the FA Cup and CL I feel we really needed a proven CB. I still hope we get that tomorrow. I think Morgan's form has dropped because of the amount of game time he has had.
