Whether Chilwell is made No. 1 at LB in the near future and becomes our very own Leighton Baines kind of guy or not, we do definitely need another left-back (and right-back for that matter).

Hence why I said to replace Fuchs mate;) obviously we'd need 2 left backs in the squad but I wouldn't want us to have both say Luke Shaw and Chilwell for example

Seen some rumours about Shaqiri leaving Stoke for around £12 million.

Surely worth a gamble if we can mould him?

Great option out wide and as a 'more technical' number 10.

If ever a player was the exact opposite of our ethos it'd Shaqiri (or his mate Arnautovic.)

Horrible, moany twats.

Give me Shinji or Albrighton over those show ponies any day.

Don't know for how much longer Fuchs will stay at LCFC. He's always made it quite clear he wants to move to the US sooner than later because of his family in New York.

We do definitely need another left-back (and right-back also) in the near future.

Fuchs signed a new contract in October keeping him here until 2019. He loves it here and I have no doubt he will see out his contract and I bloody hope so too. One of the best left backs we have had

Fuchs will stay as long as he is our first choice LB I would imagine. I am not sure Chilwell will accept another year with only a handful of games though and I'd hope he can play more next season, as he is a bright prospect for us. Fuchs on form is a beast though, so a dilemma for next season I would have thought, similar to if Mahrez stays and whether Gray will get anymore games.

Wouldn't change a hell of a lot going into next season or make drastic changes to the 11 ...the players here have shown we can compete at the highest level. I would only really add to the best 11. in a 4411 which can change to a 4231 or 451 or however you look at it..

Below is just an example how adding 2 or 3 quality players to our team could really improve us. Any more than that and it becomes a different style of football.

                                  Kasper

New rb/Simpson - Gibson? - Benalouane -  Fuchs

             Mahrez  -  Ndidi  -  Drinkwater  -  Gray

                              Sigurdsson

                                  Vardy

                                   Kasper

New rb/Simpson - Gibson? - Benalouane -  Fuchs

                           Ndidi - Drinkwater

       Mahrez            Sigurdsson           Gray

                                 Vardy

Yeah, ship out last summers crap and bring in 2/3 quality additions of which only 1/2 need to be starting 11. We don't need to throw out the good and working for the unknown.

I'd add a RB to our shopping list. Whether we can go out and land a top one like Trippier or just settle for decent cover like Naughton.

Silva and Slim on the bench! Not sure how long that would last, but I like the look of that.

Benny has been fantastic but I would like to see how he does for the rest of the season before I coudl consider him our starting CB for next season. So far, so good!

Loan to Championship clubs - Kaputska, Barnes and make a call on Lawrence.

James Wilson as 5th choice striker and an understudy for Vardy? Known for his pace and finishing at youth level, he's just come back from injury and will probably move for cheap in the summer. He wouldn't make an instant impact and it would be a long term project, but the lad has potential.

Adrien Silva is pretty similar to Drinkwater. He's not as fast but he's a better deep playmaker. Sporting may want to sell him but I doubt Leicester will overpay for another one of their players.

Realistically Leicester should go young. I think Mendy deserves a chance during the summer. If he doesn't seem up to task, Leicester can just ship him off at the end of August.

If the team sells Musa, I think they'll need another backup winger. I really wish Schlupp was still on the team. I thought he brought more to the side as a winger than Musa has. There will be some relegated sides that will have some decent players. Adama Traore is worth a shot at a low price.

Joined April 27th. Yep.

EDIT: Looks like a 2nd account of another poster. I have my suspicions.

Why are people shipping out or dropping Okazaki this summer?

He's one of the hardest workers in the team and the amount of time he's back tracking for mahrez or covering ground closing down is incredible

And one of the reasons this system works for us

Shinji is fantastic for us and I want him to stay next season. If I was being honest though, and we had a choice of Sigurdsson to play in the no.10 role behind Vardy, then I would probably take that.

I am just curious to see how we would do with a player with Sigurdsson's quality on the ball in that role. I'd definitely not sell Okazaki though as I know his worth and what he can offer us.

I think we should always be looking to make improvements and tweak things. If we stand still, then we could be caught out. If it does end up being Vardy and Okazaki starting next season, then I'd still be happy though, as we know they can work well together.
