Long Eaton Fox Posted 8 March 2018 Posted 8 March 2018 I've always liked spurs way of playing (exciting but not quite enough) but when botchatino slagged us off after we won the league, f**k them. 1
Wymsey Posted 8 March 2018 Posted 8 March 2018 Chiellini is certainly correct in saying Tottenham 'lack something' at times to go to the next level and waste good opportunities to advance further.

CollinsLCFC Posted 8 March 2018 Posted 8 March 2018 TalkSport have a Spurs fan on now, making a complaint about last night's Sports Bar episode for mocking Spurs. Ridiculously funny. 1
mozartfox Posted 8 March 2018 Posted 8 March 2018 Spuds are going to screw English Club's European Co-efficient rating.

Off the top of my head... A right back A centre back that isn't brain dead and still a teenager Actually playing Lucas Moura!!! Not playing Alli Throwing Fraud Dier off a cliff It might sound completely ridiculous but of their outfield players i'd only swap Davies, Dembele, Son and Kane in immediately to our side. (Toby obviously but he's injured)... really as a top 6 team they should be confident enough that fans of every team below them would swap all 11 in...
Ted Maul Posted 8 March 2018 Posted 8 March 2018 I found the last few minutes of the game absolutely hilarious. Juve were playing the timewasting card seriously impressively. They bought a free kick every time they got the ball. Then the ref only adds on 3 minutes- how on earth did they work that out?! Must have been absolutely infuriating

Must have been absolutely infuriating It's because, even though they bought the free kicks, the ref has given them as free kicks for a foul therefore it's not time wasting. If spurs didn't challenge the player with the ball then juve wouldn't have got any free kicks.

There must have been 5+ minutes in the last 20 minutes alone.
winteriscoming Posted 8 March 2018 Posted 8 March 2018 I admit I can't stand spurs and their arrogant fans but I do like pochettino. Can see him getting the real madrid job in the summer and taking kane and dembele with him.

Doesn't seem like a Real thing to do. Zidane aside (who was a club legends, top three all time player), when have they ever gone for managers with resumes like Pochettino's? I'd never thought I'd see the day when the best Danish player over the past decade, in his prime, would not be deemed an instant inclusion in a Leicester side We've come a long way as a club!

Wow thats a high opinion of our players If i was picking a team from both squads i would probably go Lloris Trippier Vertonghen Sanchez Rose Dembele Ndidi Mahrez Erikson Son Kane Their players are streets ahead of us 2

Whilst he had had managerial experience before, at both club and international level, including a spell as Sporting CP Manager winning the Portugese Cup, he hadn't pulled up trees. Of course that went (not very) well.

I might be wrong but under him spurs have finished in the top 4 for the last 3 seasons. They are continuing to improve in the League, yes they lack bottle when the going gets tough but he's definately one of the most indemand bosses out there.

Ive never known such a build up on national radio - 5 live - for a CL game. It started the day before ffs. Its as if it were England in the ****ing World Cup. Ludicrously favoured amd hyped, yet our exploits last season betters theirs this with 10% of the fanfare.
