That can be. How biased are you lot? Two guys on the other side did nothing to stop the scorer and you're hanging the winger out to dry? Fvck that.

Winger or not he needed to close him down he had far too much time to pick out the cross

whats the answer then gaffer?

Not to lose the first leg 1-0 to the best all round side in Europe?

Atletico's lineup tonight is simply perfect.

4 Physically strong defenders.

3 holding mids and a center half in midfield.

1 false 9 and 1 winger up top.

We can learn a lot from tonight. The likes of Mahrez either needs to be played in Okazaki's position, or dropped.

(Not a bash on his performance).

Notice how Atletico carry no-one when defending.

And how were we supposed to do that when we got robbed by an abysmal refereeing decision? We did well first leg, nullified them and lost by a farce.

So your answer is just to accept defeat and learn some lessons then?

I agree atletico's lineup is perfect.

That's exactly why it's a waste of time playing okazaki in the middle with albrighton on the wing.

It's exactly why we need a big man to head the crosses, or alternatively a young flair player to run at them and open up space.
