We don't deserve him if that's how fans think.

Lets go back to the days of everyone working hard but nobody having an ounce of quality or flair shall we? Would that be better?

Everyone needs a scapegoat on this forum. When we were doing well nobody was arsed that Mahrez doesn't tackle or look "****ing bothered". Mahrez has never tracked back. He's never looked like he cares. Why do you suddenly point that out?

I find it funny that people on here refuse to level the same criticism at Gray. He never looks like he's arsed and he never tracks back.

When we were doing well so was Mahrez. When he obviously can't be bothered the whole team suffer , and that in a nutshell has been his season.  He had flair last season and he had two or three players on him last season so where was that same flair this season ? As for Gray did you see him at halftime kicking the ball all on his own while the rest kicked it between them ?  He is a Billy no mates none of the other players have any time for him and I would not be surprised to see him leave in the close season either.  by the way that is just my opinion and is as valid as yours.

Thats a bit harsh on all the other players in the team ...   there is lots of skill and quality out there and to say If Mahrez goes we are on our way back to the dark ages is rubbish.

Every criticism about him seems to invoke uproar on here ..   there are some (me included) who think he is a great player, don't want him to go, but think he's having a bang average season and looks unhappy.   For me this is a coaching issue and with the right attitude and a few tweaks to his game (play the ball earlier if doubled up, and only take people on when in the opponents half) he would be back to his old self.   I don't think it helps that the main coach in now doubling up as the manager !! ...

He's been dishonouring the shirt all season with his attitude what makes you think one more game is going to make any difference ? It has become clear he never wanted to be here this season from the start. the sooner he's gone the better. He is getting ambition mixed up with ability , he's no Kante .

On the bullcrap scala your post deserves a brillant 10.

His bits of magic don't make up for the rest of his game. If he was scoring and assistings goals I wouldn't have a problem with him but he's been shit. Caught in possession 6 times today. Our most skilful player ever but he's a luxury we can afford when he's off his game.

Pipe down, man worked his bollocks off today, probably put in more tackles than everyone but Ndidi.

Man possessed.

Can't believe anyone would still want him gone tbh.

Would of had to do a lot less working his bollocks off if he dint give the ball away So many times. He's been missing in 25 games this season doesn't look one bit interested.

The saving grace of this season is will anyone actually bid for him? I'd love to keep him but we need to show him the love as he hasn't seemed as happy this season

Yep sounds about right ... Wenger won't go to £40m for him ... probably end up at PSG .. or he might stay , has anybody actually heard him say that he wants to leave ?

That interview pretty much said 'come and get me' but he's covering his back just in case a club dosent come in by saying he's happy.

If Moussa Sissoko costs £27 million and Jordan Ibe 16million there is no way we can sell Mahrez (last seasons POTY) for 20mill surely!!

I really don't get the mindset of our fans

Mahrez, by far our most creative player even when he out of form he can still pick a pass or create something - Sell him because he looks lazy!

Andy King, can only pass sideways or backwards and got nothing about him but because he come through the academy and he runs - Blokes a legend

He just needs more movement around him in the attacking third. We may have to change the way we play go get the best out of him.

Yup upgrade Shinji to someone capable of passing and get an attacking RB and Mahrez will have less work to do and teams wont be able to gang up on him.

I appreciate Simpson's defending abilities but he has the attacking ability of a child. There was a point today Mahrez was surrounded during a counter and Simpson was standing in our own half.

Mahrez will go and he'll go to a team that helps him create magic.

Then people on here who hate Mahrez will be crying because we dont have a winger that can beat a man.

Adam smith got forward today and didn't get exposed defensively at all.
