Find it crazy how people can say they will be glad to see Mahrez go.... He's one of the most gifted players to ever play for us

Who in the PL last season was a waste of space on the whole.

The clincher I suspect for most who want him gone is......he doesn't want to be here!

I dont  think  so for he will be here in this forum and telling : you see when mahrez is combining with top players of arsenal he is at his best   A world class

I find this funny from Algeria fans. Have you seen who he lines up with at international level? Seriously mate, get real. A world class player always looks class wherever he is. See Alan Shearer or Matt Le Tissier. Maradona at Napoli. How about Gullit at Sampdoria or Hagi or Stoichkov for Romania and Bulgaria respectively.

Mahrez let himself down last year because he is better than that. Which is why he is likely to go on to play for the side dick raped by Bayern in the champions league and finished fifth behind a rebuilding Liverpool side.

I, like most fans believe he is better than that. And as I have said many times over had he not played for a piss poor international team, he would've had a better chance to resurrect his move to a better team this summer (I.e Sissoko last year). So get off your high horse. You know as much about football as I do about the Algerian international football. ?

oh and by the way you didn't think he was world class a couple of seasons ago. Remember that?

I don't think any Leicester fan doubts that he has the ability to be a great player.

In my eyes though, laziness and bad attitude are cardinal sins for a footballer. I'm not going to lose much sleep that we might not have the Mahrez of 2016/17 on our books any more. If he doesn't sort his head out, he'll never fulfil his potential and get his 'dream move', he'll be a rotated player at Arsenal with Iwobi, Walcott et al.

You are braying more and louder then most. For your information and general cultur we took mahrez to the world cup and he played only 20 minutes and since he became a regular only because feghouli wasn't having much game time at valence and since with west ham...since Mahrez become a regulat the last couple of game the national team is spiraling south and for the last couple game we all want him benched.

But we believe that he faded away as we predicter only because he carried on playing with donkey

So carry on making noise as much as you want and louder if you can the Algerian stamp is on your first ever pl trophy as well as a big stamp on the other cheek for your first ever pl poy...long after mahrez gone.

No one knows anything not the press even less the Algerian press (le buteur) not the fans not his cousin or his aunt. Wanger would splash big if he knew he could get him.

Your owner is doing everything to keep him and he wont go cheap.

What we are sûre of is that there are a lot of tractation behind the scenes for a few major player (mbappe moratta ...) and nothing has been done for everyone.

They might end up all in china for astronomical amount of money...

Footballer career is short

Some contradictions going on, Wenger can get him if he splashes big. Why should Leicester let him go cheap. Pay a fair market value.

I don't know much about the press in Algeria, or how accurate they are about Premier league transfers, all I have put is what my contacts within Arsenal have told me. As for the fans in Algeria or his cousin and Aunt........

And for the football lovers i will add that your owner should have invested heavily in top class players the year you won the league but he choose to cash in that year and this year also...so he is a very good businessman for sure...and regardless of the clause Kante should have been offered anythong he wished and he would have stayed....cashed in again ?

Cashed in? We refused to sell any of our best players and offered Kantè £150k p/w. We couldn't do anything about him leaving. We spent £80m last summer lol how's that cashing in? We could have easily taken £20m for Vardy, £50m for Mahrez, £30m for Kasper but we didn't. We offered them huge contracts Instead.

I'm still waiting for the stats that show riyad is lazy.

Assume that as no one has managed to post them in weeks and weeks it's purely anecdotal

Doesn't happen by accident.

He was offered the same money that Chelsea offered but he wanted to leave and because of the release clause the club couldn't do anything about it.

Mahrez doesn't have a release clause and 3yrs still to run so we have all the power regardless of what the player and his agent want.

His agent can agree terms with whatever club he likes but unless they stump up our asking price he won't go anywhere especially this early in the window.

That makes no sense.

You know damn well there are no stats to judge laziness.

Just like there are no stats telling how many times a player only showed up for 5 minutes - yet played 90.

Or how many times a player runs head first into a three on one, thinking he can get around them rather than pass to an open player.
