Everton have pretty much signed Klaassn (attacking midfielder) and Barkely looks like he's going to stay. They may not go after Gylfi is Swansea want £40m+

I don't think they want Barkley any more.

Can't see a top 6 club coming in for him & Koeman wants to play 4-3-3 which means Gyfli will not be able to play his preferred position.

Would you want Barkley at City, if we fail to land Sigurdsson?

Only if he was cheap.

I'd be more than happy to spend the money on Sigurdsson but Barkley's not the same standard and i'd expect the money to reflect that and be substantially cheaper - which I doubt it would be.

That's not to say Barkley couldn't do a job for us though, I do feel he has abit of an attitude problem though, something that does not fit in with the ethos and team spirit we have/had(?) here.

He wouldnt consider coming  here - he isn't running his contract down at Everton to get a move to us.

I know he can play CAM but where else can he play

He played CM in a 4-4-2 for Iceland in the euros I think & he played a false 9 when we beat them 4-0 two years ago.

James Nursey reports that we are dangling him big money but he prefers a switch to Koeman's Everton.

Done deal according to my Everton man as Barkley will be gone soon

Mind you he also said Vardy to Everton as well as Michael Keane are also a done deals so taking it all with a pinch of salt

I don't know why people think we'd even sell him? Our only goal scorer, makes no sense.

Everyone is for sale at the right price

Is this 'Everton Man' taking medication for anything?  Does he know next weeks Euro-Millions numbers?

The thing is, Would Everton pay our interpretation of the right price? I doubt it and hope not.

James Nursey has become the master of staying the bleeding obvious of late and has clearly been making stories up. I would take everything he says with a pinch of salt.

They are going to get 80m for lukaku and if Steve Walsh says vardy is worth it they will indeed pay the price

So Everton would now pay £50m for a 30 year old striker? I think not.

You missed my point, if we value him at £100m Everton are not going to sign Jamie Vardy.
