Shakespeare future decided next week - Percy

Not a knee jerk reaction to tonight's game but I've started to have reservations about Sharkey. It's vital he stays in the club but I think that should be as assistant. Listening to Nige the other day, it seems he's happy to do that too

Said all along I wasn't convinced. Yes we beat the likes of Hull and Watford at home but he set us up far too defensively at Arsenal, at Madrid, Manchester City first half.

Hasnt changed a lot. Okay he maybe can't but our football is not good enough and we cannot keep just playing that same ball to Vardy. It's pointless. Sat so far back tonight that Vardy is constantly iscolated.

That was dreadful tonight, doesn't matter that we had injuries. We were all over the place. All hinges on Sunday- lose that, and there may be enough doubt in the owners' minds to look elsewhere.

They are looking elsewhere all the time !

Can't see him getting the job now

Not convinced Shakey is ready to manage in the Prem. His early wins can partly be down to the "new manager bounce". Yes, we've had injuries, but I don't think Shakey has dealt with it properly.

Get someone with experience in, and let's rebuild.

Rubbish!!

Shakey has the respect of the players. We have been unlucky tonight with injuries, he made one poor decision and that was taking off Benny for Gray.... but that may be to try and keep Mahrez happy.

Shakey and the team will learn from tonight, he's the right man for the job

I don't know, if he can get a reaction and a win on Sunday, I still think he'll get it- hopefully tonight is an anomaly.

I hope that the team can take this as a game that builds their emotional strength and allows them to push on to achieve great things like they did after the play-off semi final.

Respect lol

respect is being beat 3-1 and seeing it out

disrespect is downing tools to lose 6-1

respect isnt what this lot need

just had a serious bet shaky won't be city manager come start of season

Said this before but would still give him the job and bring in help. He only has that goalkeeping coach who probably doesnt have a clue.

He should kick the team up the arse though. If it is similar vs Bournemouth we should consider someone else. Team just lied down, spread their legs and let Spurs go to town.

If anything, Shakey should get more respect for tonight. He changed the team around by trying to win the game, he could have sat back and let the game stay at 2-0, 3-0 for his own job chances. He's tried to go for it and unfortuately it backfired. Shows he's willing to take risks even if his may affect his chances of landing the big one.

We didn't down tools, we had Amartey centre back versus one of the most potent attacks in the league, we got undone by being too attacking and going for it. Without Huth, Morgan and Drinky we didn't have a chance tonight
