Webbo Posted 21 May 2017 Posted 21 May 2017 I missed about 20 minutes with my stream packing in but most of what I did see was crap.

Every other player a complete flop and international players sold off after half or a full season without ever getting in the team. Correct. problem is most of the shit has been done by the guy that brought in Mahrez Kante and Vardy for peanuts - Walsh

May be he can turn this round today? His only saving grace is if the owners decided to offer him the job a couple of weeks ago. Based on the last two performances, he won't get it. I think we should look elsewhere. Wagner from Huddersfield could be the man.

MC Prussian Posted 21 May 2017 Posted 21 May 2017 First shot on goal after 37 minutes. Absolute lack of attacking intent, impetus and precision. Mahrez is huffing and puffing on the right, King and Ndidi are more concerned with defensive duties than creating anything up front, and Vardy and Slimani are completely ineffective. It could've been so much different. Now, wake up for the second half and create more chances!

Surely the owners must realise that this group of players are desperate from CS to get the job (as quoted in the media) and this is them trying their best over 2 games to seal him as the next manager. **** knows what will happen when they dont try
Sammy Posted 21 May 2017 Posted 21 May 2017 This second half will determine if Shakey gets the job for me. Big task motivating the stadium/players judging by the first half response
FoxyPalace.com Posted 21 May 2017 Posted 21 May 2017 Midfield poor again, no control of the game constant back tracking.
foxfanazer Posted 21 May 2017 Posted 21 May 2017 I'm all for getting a manager in that wants to change our style and play a bit more possession based but how many of the current crop would be capable of adapting to that? Would mean a huge overhaul of the playing staff which is a risk. It's gonna be a huge transfer window for us which worries me with our recent recruitment
MattCan Posted 21 May 2017 Posted 21 May 2017 Only seen Mahrez attempts and corner kicks and Fuchs long throws. Otherwise, Bournemouth was the better team. As for the midfield, no existence.
kushiro Posted 21 May 2017 Posted 21 May 2017 I'm watching this game ten seconds behind everyone else. Said Mr. Benalouane of Leicester.

LCFC1996 Posted 21 May 2017 Posted 21 May 2017 Benalouane & Fuchs in central defense...never again, the root of our problems are coming from there. Fuchs looks like he hasn't got a clue how to play there and Benalouane just isn't good enough unless he's got a decent partner, stupid kick to get booked too. Mahrez is gone, just doesn't look interested apart from the odd moment. King, arguably our most solid player today, quite a few passes without giving it away and a couple tackles. Vardy has been a passenger, along with Albrighton, can't recall them touching the ball more than a couple of times.
oxtonfox Posted 21 May 2017 Posted 21 May 2017 I think Oka will come on. I guess Gray will be on at some stage. May as well give the Kat a go aswell. Shakespeare is very loyal to last year's team (Mahrez for one) and he has a defensive instinct which makes it difficult when you are a goal down for him to change things around. Still we may as well be hung as a sheep than a lamb so at least have a go. We are playing at half pace and they are comfortable with that. Their movement and control is better, if they had a better cutting edge (like Spuds) we'd be buried by now.

justfoxes Posted 21 May 2017 Posted 21 May 2017 Thinking Vichai will be pretty pissed with displays of late the FUCHERS won't be getting New BMW's this year !!?
