The only hickup that this wouldnt happen was spurs, hopefully parrot nose walker has sorted that for us, I think it's the actual company just slowing things down it'll happen @Abrasive fox and a good few others are certain too

Fox 4 Life Posted 13 July 2017 Posted 13 July 2017 The thing I don't get is why would an image rights issue block a move? He is still playing for man city whilst the issue rumbles on so what's the difference if he joins us and they resolve it the same way they have been trying to for 2 years.

st albans fox Posted 13 July 2017 Posted 13 July 2017 The delay is clearly frustrating for us fans but imagine the annoyance of shakey and the management team who will want to work on team shape etc ahead of the season. they would have expected to have him in Austria for a few days and now it looks as though they may not even have him in hong Kong.

If it's the latter, which I doubt it is in this case, did it possibly delay Manchester City in fully completing his transfer when he about to join?
