Owners into UK Horse Racing now

Very interesting and a sign that our owners Top and Family are really engraining themselves totally into the UK they have started to invest heavily in race horses 

 

they have a world class Polo team and now assembling a serous thoroughbred stable as well , I think they have 5 and rising 

 

they race under

The owners are trying to diversify their investment portfolio as apparently King Power will cease to have Thai airport monopoly in 2020.

The owners take one of their horses to the vet. Top says "Will I be able to race this horse again?". The vet replies: "Of course you will, and you'll probably win"

As an aside, them not having the monopoly in Thai duty free could potentially have seismic implications for us. Let's hope they keep the money rolling in!

I'm sure the owners were distracted for a large part of last season following the death of the king.

The duty free concession is only guaranteed till 2020. Makes sense to invest elsewhere whilst the goings good.

You could be right I'm only going on memory which I thought was 25%. Something to do with getting ready for losing the monopoly at the Thai Airports  in 2020.

Either way their getting Wealthier year on year. So looking good for the future of the Club.
