FoxinNotts Posted 6 July 2017 Posted 6 July 2017 Available for €15m as well, if you believe what you read. Steal.
foxes21 Posted 6 July 2017 Posted 6 July 2017 So how do we fit both Boudebouz & Iheanacho into our starting 11? Neither will want to come here and warm the bench. Apparently Boudebouz can play LM, so maybe we'll line up something like this (if Mahrez goes): Albrighton, Drinkwater, Ndidi, Boudebouz Iheanacho Vardy

We'd have, theoretically, a very fluid from four capable of scoring and creating with two of Iborra, Ndidi and Drinkwater sat behind to secure. If we sign both though I imagine it's to play our usual formation with Boudebouz just as a winger and Ihenacho to replace Okazaki.

SamDZ Posted 6 July 2017 Posted 6 July 2017 Ryad Boudebouz also has 100% success rate in penalties he never missed in his club career in all categories

Ok, well he's basically As good as Siggy, if not better in some departments. Especially if you combine all stats over the last two seasons. So it's a yes from me. Get it done.

He would make a massive difference to our team, and you never know he might even give a f***k, unlike Mahrez did last season. Why are you bringing up Mahrez? He wasn't the worst last season, so stop scapegoating him in every possible situation

I'm bringing up Mahrez because he doesn't want to be here and has says he wants to move on, and in my opinion this guy is a more than adequate replacement. So whats your point?

But how reliable is it to compare stats across different leagues/countries? That's a dubious bit of research and is only a lose indicator of anything. Now if they were all in the same league that would be a different matter.

While you are absolutely right with that it's no secret that if Mahrez goes, we need to replace him with someone creative and talented; which of course the stats suggest. He might not be a success, but he had a very good season in France and should cost less than the next realistic option in Sigurdsson. Absolutely no imagination from our recruitment team though; going for another Algerian from France named Riyad.

Swap gray for Chilwell/Fuchs and put Huth centre of the 3 and take Morgan out for Gibson.

Clever Fox Posted 6 July 2017 Posted 6 July 2017 This is a no Brainer. 15 Million for a top player who's also very young. it makes more sense than Gylfi for twice the price. We're beginning to look a lot stronger than last season already.
