SheppyFox Posted 26 June 2017 Share Posted 26 June 2017 http://sportwitness.co.uk/leicester-city-west-ham-linked-move-french-star-talks-london-possibility/ Defrel’s agent is expected to fly to London in the coming days with regards to finding a new club for his client. Sassuolo will not want their star player to leave this summer, but it’s likely they’ll be under pressure to finally allow him to get his big move. West Ham were last linked with Defel six months ago when it was claimed the Hammers were in pole position to sign the 26-year-old. Slaven Bilic will be looking to bolster his attacking options this summer, and the Sassuolo star could again be a target. Leicester City were tracking the player 12 months when there was uncertainty surrounding the future of Jamie Vardy. It was reported at the time Defrel was an option for Foxes if Vardy left the club. RoyFox Posted 28 June 2017 Share Posted 28 June 2017 Most likely to go to Southampton, Iheanacho has better assists/minute, shot accuracy, shots in the box, key passes, chances created and goals (all per minute) than Defrel.

He also is very well suited to fast counters, he likes to come into the box late (as a secondary striker) - the potential with Vardy as a partner is worth the cash IMO. If the Release Clause is £55m if they offer £30m, good deal.
MPH Posted 28 June 2017 Share Posted 28 June 2017 Man City are keen to sell Kalechi so this could be a tactical move by us to let them know we have other options to try and increase our bargaining power... im sure we are genuinely interested, but i would be surprised if this wasnt a back up option to Kalechi... Finnegan Posted 29 June 2017 Share Posted 29 June 2017 Berardi tends to be more of a wide forward than an outright striker tbh. Even at the u21 euros he's been out on the right with Chiesa up top.
