The player has screwed himself over by having all this image rights bullshit in the first place. He's at fault and nobody else. We want the player because by all accounts he's a step above what we have so we're prepared to wait. He started pre-season with Man City and i'm sure he wont just be sitting on his arse so fitness wont be an issue and if he's as good as his stats and reputation suggest, he shouldn't need as much time to adjust to matches as a Musa or Slimani. All 'top' players have image rights and these are potentially tricky issues when completing a transfer. Look at all the current transfers that are supposedly being completed. They are all taking time and will go on for some time yet. We are all sat here waiting for Iheanacho and the same is happening with many other teams. We think it is bad becaus all we focus on is the Leicester transfers. Perhaps it may be worth popping over to the Spurs and Man Utd forums to see some of their frustrations.
