I'd be happy with Jonathan Viera (if that rumornis true) to rotate with Gray, and then Ben Gibson or Chris Smalling as a plan B. 

 

On paper, without Europe distracting the lads, could be headed back to Europe in short order. Certainly would look a likely squad on paper.

starting to wonder if maybe shakey will play iborra at cam as he has done before many times and scored a few 

 

for me if mahrez does leave then it wouldnt leave a problem then 

 

weve looked exposed down the wings and over run in the middle in pre season so we need to shore the defence up a bit but also have more authority in the middle of the park also allowing vardy and ki to break quick 

 

for me if i was shakey id be starting with this against borrusia tomorrow and bench mahrez as it seems a lot of teams are going to be playing 3 at the back this season we will just get over run every time.

Everyone wants a creative CAM but where is he going to fit alongside Iheanacho and Vardy? I assume they'll both start, and there doesn't seem to be any inclining towards playing 3 at the back either from shakey

We can't go into the season hoping for Europe with Amartey or Benalouane as potential CB options. I think our season might be hindered before it even begins with Huths (and Morgans?) injury.

I think Slim might be the only one unhappy by the Kelechi signing.

 

If Riyad does go then it might be Kelechi behind Vards and Slim with wing backs but I'd then worry about creativity.

 

3 at the back with the CBs we have, i worry.  Need some more mobile ones or else the wing backs will do a LOT of defending.

That was pretty much our second choice back 4 first half, and it looked immeasurably more assured when big 'Arry came on. 

 

Simpson, Maguire, Huth, Fuchs- that's still a solid backline, even if we make no more additions to it (I'd like us to sign another option at RB who offers more going forward)
