Roma aren't even a bad side, far from it, Liverpool's intensity is just on another level. Roma are a completely different outfit at home however, though they may be out of it come the home leg with Liverpool's threat on the counter.

I know it was 3-4 years ago but I'm still astounded Mourinho couldn't unlock the potential in Salah, or De Bruyne for that matter.

Really think they’re gonna win the CL. Their attacking players are up there with the best in the world and Salah is unplayable. Bayern might prove to be their toughest opponent as I don’t think they’ll play such a high line.

With Salah in this form you wouldn't be surprised if Egypt did better than expected at the World Cup..

 

Could win a game or two on his own as they have a pretty average group.

It's so frustrating that Mahrez has that in his locker, when he fancies it, or played in the right system. Think Mahrez would excell in a 3.

@Brooksy  Did you even see the first 20 minutes? Roma are a good Pressing side. This is the Roma team that just beat Barcelona in the last round. Liverpool are just that good at attacking... and Anfield can be a cauldron..

I did yeah. Liverpool are a good side but Roma are making it too easy for them. Vards would have a field day against this defence

He's in the wrong job really. One of the most technically gifted players we've ever produced should be passing on his skills to England's youngsters, not talking bollux in a commentary box.
